2023年10月、オーシャンビューツインルーム(バルコニー)で1泊 【良かった点】 ・とにかく部屋のバルコニーからの眺めが素晴らしい ・温故知新をコンセプトにしたホテル内装外装のデザインが独創的 ・隣接したFORQというレストランの食事が美味しい ・競輪のレースをバルコニーから観戦できるのは玉野だけ ・アートの島「直島」へのアクセスが良い 【注意点】 ・レストランでの夕食は一般客と共通、窓際の席は要予約らしく座れなかった ・バルコニーからの観戦は海風が強くて夜は寒い ・自販機はあるがお酒の販売はしてないので、飲みたい人は持参した方が良い ・最寄りのスーパーやコンビニまで徒歩で行くのはやや厳しい距離 ・ミッドナイト競輪開催中のみバルコニー観戦はできないらしい ・競輪開催中は大浴場が使えずシャワーのみ 【総評】 競輪好き以外にもおすすめ出来るホテル。アートの島「直島」へ観光に行く宿泊地としてもおすすめ。

My husband and I chose the Uno Hotel because we wanted easy access to the art islands in the Seto Inland Sea. Hotel is a 3 or 4 minute easy walk to Uno Port which is the gateway to those islands. And ferry ride only about 15 minutes one-way. We expected the art islands to be great but this is a new hotel so we took a chance. Wow, what a wonderful experience on every level; the room, hotel team, restaurant, and the food was exceptional. The Uno Hotel is also within a 1 minute walk to a building which houses Onsen (hot springs baths and spa) and a Japanese restaurant, which they also own. (We did not have time to explore those but heard great things.) I could rave about the restaurant in the hotel called “Bluno” for days….we enjoyed breakfasts and dinners there - each superb with great attention-to-detail. A special treat was meeting restaurant manager Mr. Aran Teruo Pascual. He was kind, professional and personally makes one want to return in addition to the food and contemporary bright setting. The front desk team is warm, welcoming and attentive. When making a reservation I noticed there are multiple hotels or inns that have the name “Uno” in it so my suggestion is that you note that it is the Uno Hotel. I recommend higher floor on the water side, the hotel is not on the water, but lovely view. We look forward to returning.

I had the opportunity to dine at several of the on-site restaurants, and each meal was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet at “The Dining” offered a wide variety of both Western and Japanese dishes, all of which were fresh and delicious. The sushi at “Seto,” the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, was some of the best I’ve ever had, prepared with the freshest ingredients and utmost care. The staff at the restaurants were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall dining experience. One of the standout features of JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu is its array of facilities. The fitness center is well-equipped and maintained, allowing guests to keep up with their workout routines. I also took advantage of the hotel’s spa services, which were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The massage I received was one of the best I’ve experienced, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. Additionally, the hotel’s rooftop bar offers a spectacular view of the city and the sea, making it an ideal spot to unwind in the evening. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. Being adjacent to Takamatsu Station, it provides easy access to local transportation, making it convenient to explore the city and its surroundings. The nearby Ritsurin Garden, one of Japan’s most famous historical gardens, is a must-visit, and the hotel’s proximity to the ferry terminal makes it easy to take a day trip to the nearby islands of the Seto Inland Sea. What truly sets JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every interaction I had with the hotel team was marked by warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, providing helpful recommendations and making arrangements that enhanced my overall experience. Booked this double room for my parents. Very clean and spcious room with private toilet and tub. Conveniently located at a shopping street with a supermarket right next to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

２月中旬、２泊３日の四国旅行で１泊目に家内とお邪魔しました。場所は高松の繁華街に位置し、琴電瓦町駅から徒歩５分ほどのところで、すぐ近く（隣の隣位）に大きなショッピングセンターがあり、ホテルの玄関先にコンビニもあり至極便利な立地です。赤いレンガ色の外観と、大きな猫のオブジェを目印にすると分かりやすいです。駐車場は無く、車利用の場合は隣接のショッピングセンター（丸亀町グリーン）の駐車場が提携Pとなっているので、チェックイン時に割引処理をしてもらいます。フロントとラウンジ、レストランは２階にあり、朝食はこちらでいただきます。３階から上の低層階はホテルフロア。高層階はドミトリーとなり、その中間にコインランドリー等が有るようです。私はホテルフロアのツインを利用しましたが、最近改装されたようで部屋は綺麗です。広さはミニマムで、特にユニットバスは激狭な為、トイレ、洗面、お風呂のそれぞれを利用する際、ちょっと工夫しないと、足や頭をぶつける危険が有ります。トイレは身長１７３センチの私でも、座ると膝が壁にくっつくほどで、大きな外国の旅行者が利用する場合、さぞ苦労するだろうなと思いました。一方感心したのが朝食で、ビジネスホテルにありがちなせせこましい場所ではなく、広々とスペースを確保したレストランに、豊富なビュッフェメニューが用意されており、また一品一品がひと工夫したもので、おいしく、気持ちよく朝食をいただく事が出来ました。スタッフの皆さんは、若くて親切な好印象でした。また夜食にお茶づけ提供のサービスが有ります。若者同士で気軽に利用する場合や、ビジネスユース、一人旅には良いホテルでしょう。お世話になりありがとうございました。

I travelled with a group and wanted another room. I asked for one and was told there were none available. I subsequently went upstairs and and checked Trip.com and found the room. The staff lie, not a very good welcome. Won't stay again because of this.

JR高松駅からは少し離れていて、琴電の瓦町駅が近いホテルです。 高松駅から歩くなら徒歩20分です。兵庫町の商店街と中央商店街をしばらく歩き、1本曲がったところにあります。 ホテル周辺は飲み屋が多いですが、予想していたよりは静かでした。 バストイレ別のホテルですが、洗面台がベッドの横にあるのでその点は好みが分かれるかもしれません。洗面台がもう少し大きいと良いと思いました。 部屋は大きめのキャリーバッグだと何とか広げられるか、少し厳しい広さのため、連泊期間が長いなら必要な荷物を絞ったほうが良さそうです。

駅周辺からは少し距離がありますが、リーズナブルな価格で宿泊できる格式あるホテルです。讃岐うどんの旅で利用したため、多賀町にある行列の出来る有名店に、朝一番の散歩がてら徒歩でアクセス（２０分弱）できたのが良かったです。それ以外も、駐車場が２４時間出入自由だったで、何気に便利でした。 部屋はスタンダードツインを利用しました。広くはないですが、不自由はなく、綺麗な部屋で掃除も行き届き、快適でした。 高松に滞在する際は、また利用したいホテルです。

瀬戸芸のために大型連休中に一泊した旅館です。高松市内のホテルがとても高くて泊まる気が全く起きなかったのでいっそのこと小豆島に泊まることに。そのなかで口コミ評価の高かったこの旅館を選びました。 旅館は土庄港の高速船ターミナルを出たら歩いて1分です。とても近くて便利ですし、バス停もすぐそばにあるので小豆島をぐるぐる巡るには最適の立地だと思います。 チェックインはスムーズ。ロビーは広くお土産屋も完備。本や椅子、虫除けスプレーもあってくつろげますし、いろいろ至れり尽くせりです。荷物も宿泊前後で預かってもらえます。玄関にたらいに張った水が用意してあるのはお遍路さん用？昔ながらの風習が旅の意欲をかき立てます。エレベーターもあるので足が不自由な方も安心。 部屋は3階、8畳の道路に面したお部屋になりました。二人には十分の広さ。テレビやお湯はありますが、お風呂、トイレ、洗面は共同です。浴衣が用意してあります。 男子トイレは温水洗浄付きもありました。お風呂は広くはありませんが、数人で一緒に入っても問題ないレベル。 施設は年季が入っていますが、きれいに掃除してありますし、何よりご主人の女将さんがとても親切。それだけでも十分に泊まる価値があります。値段もそれほど高くないですし、プランを選べば夕食、朝食もいただけます。素泊まりでもコンビニが近いのでなんとかなります。小豆島に泊まれば、次の日の観光で宇野や高松から来た人に先行できるので、ゆとりができます。瀬戸内の島々に用がある方に特におすすめです。次回も利用したい旅館です。
