很棒的酒店，厚重的歷史感，前台非常耐心熱情。房間小而精緻，被褥枕頭舒適。酒店位置就在小美人魚雕像附近，靠近街麪晚上有些嘈雜。

Excellent hotel, quiet, comfortable, great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ate in the hotel on both evenings of our visit and had outstanding meals with nice wine for reasonable prices. Lovely view from hotel roof terrace across the Pacific Ocean.

From the beginning to walking into the lobby of this super cool historical hotel was awesome and then greeted by Sachi who checked us in and was a great source of things to see and do while visiting from the US. He was fun and knowledgeable. Our room was a bit small however the decor and comforts were amazing. Mark Twain even stayed there in the day. We just loved staying there and it's so close to everything. We dined there as well and the young woman who waited on us, I think Kritika was awesome too. It's so nice for us when you get to hear where others are from and how they got there. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to return again. Thanks Sachi for all that you did to make our stay awesome!

For our wedding anniversary, we spent 3 nights, in the Pacific View suite. The suite was perfect with a lounge suite, dining room and kitchen. We loved the little study nooke and the fabulously comfortable deco chair, that I’d have my morning coffee in, whilst looking at the stunning ocean view. The bed was so comfy, with different pillows to choose from. Loved the option of a rainforest shower or normal shower head. The bathroom was very spacious, with a great make up mirror if you wanted it. Loved the convenience of the Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The location was so convient to everything. The carpark was a 5 minute walk, so easy to get to. We changed our booking to add another night and Zoe was so helpful. She was easy to deal with and happy to answer any questions we had. Will definitely stay again. Loved the art deco

My husband & I just loved this hotel, the most beautiful art deco hotel. We stayed in Anna Pavlova Suite, it was just absolutely fabulous, so spacious, great views of the sea. We have to say a special thank you to Sachi at the service desk, your service went over and above thank you making our stay so lovely, we will definitely come and stay again. If you are thinking of going to Napier do yourself a favour and book a suite in this hotel will not disappoint!!!

This is the perfect place to stay to complete your Art Deco experience in Napier. The hotel has been thoughtfully updated to 21st century standards without losing any of its period charm. We stayed in a Queen Room which was compact but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed,good pillows and fresh linen. Tea and coffee making facilities. Mugs and pretty blue tea cups in keeping with the era. Iron and Ironing board. The bathroom was tight but had good lighting for makeup application and good water pressure. Ate at the restaurant twice and were happy with our meals. 10% discount as we were hotel guests. Attentive service from our wait staff. Parking is offsite but staff at reception were more than happy to store our suitcases in the luggage room while we collected our car. Parking $15:00 per night. No issues at check in or checkout. Central location. Would recommend.

What a fabulous place. We were Fortunate to get in without a reservation! Do not hesitate to- super cute and clean! The Rose bar and The Kitchen dining attaches are both fun and delicious. Shachi was very helpful with check in - things to do and knowledgeable about the area. He’s a real gem!!

A wonderful hotel in keeping with the Art Deco design that is the signature design of Napier. Lovely rooms, great location and friendly, helpful staff. A special shoutout to Bryan who was always accommodating and gave us great advice for visiting the local area, including wineries.
