Hotel berhampiran Working Waterfront Museum - Tin City, Naples

Sebagai jururawat perjalanan jauh dari rumah adalah sukar! Saya memutuskan untuk merawat diri saya dan tinggal di tempat yang bagus...ini pasti berbaloi! Selepas bekerja sepanjang malam di hospital tempatan, ia adalah HEBAT untuk kembali ke hotel, menukar pakaian dan kemudian pergi bersarapan di teres yang menghadap ke teluk💞💞 Saya akan tinggal di sini sambil menyusukan perjalanan!

We had a wonderful five day getaway at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful with inspiring art work in the rooms and in the lobby. The room was nicely laid out, with great lighting and the bathroom was very spacious for a couple. The room had plenty of electrical outlets for many devices, and was kept clean with daily housekeeping.We used the gym, which had brand new equipment. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had lots of food choices. Finally, I wanted to thank Jose, Dylan and the other people working the front desk. They were so helpful and friendly during our stay.

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Bilik yang bagus, sangat bersih tetapi kakitangannya tidak begitu mesra dan mesra. Memerlukan kerusi roda untuk tunang saya yang hamil yang tidak boleh berjalan langsung dan muntah dengan banyak kerana kehamilannya dan diberitahu untuk Kami menghisapnya jadi saya terpaksa menggendongnya sehingga ke atas kemudian menuruni tangga untuk membawanya. ke bilik kecemasan untuk memastikan semuanya ok. Berpindah keesokan harinya ke Rumah Hyatt yang jauh lebih baik. Ia adalah penginapan yang ok di Staybridge tetapi Idk jika saya akan kembali ke sana dalam masa terdekat

A solid suite hotel near Naples. Could have stayed easily 1 night more. The sofa bed we had to prepare ourselves, like usually in the US, although we informed the hotel upfront. Breakfast we did not take, but it looked okayish.

We've stayed at this property since it was first built and it was amazing back in the day. It's went downhill over the years. The hotel rooms are so-so and are definitely in need of some updating. The rooms are dark and dingy and some of the lighting in the rooms need to have bulbs replaced in the overhead vanity lights, etc. Updated and additional lighting throughout the rooms would be a plus! The wall paper was peeling in the bathrooms and the rooms were generally dark and dingy. The pillows are flat and horrible. The carpeting in the rooms had burn holes and dirty. The elevators are also dirty. The hotel has deodorizer machines plugged in all over the hallways to disperse an obnoxious deodorant spray to mask odors. The housekeeping staff talks very loudly in the hallways all day long. We never utilize housekeeping during our stays but asked for a few replacement towels and they seemed to be bothered by this. The breakfast buffet was always a disheveled mess and somewhat risky to say the least. The hard boiled eggs were in a communal dish as were the bread and pastry items and people were grabbing items with their hands. The toaster had metal tongs next to it to remove the toasted items, as the knobs were missing. I'm fairly sure that using metal tongs along with a toaster, isn't a great idea. We felt horrible for the one and only person working the breakfast area. This solo employee had to keep it organized and clean, as there were many guests that were absolute slobs that were hoarding massive amounts of food, and then throwing most of it in the overflowing trash cans. Perhaps it's difficult to keep up with a few of the low class guests that are messy, loud and disrespectful of the property. For the high price, it's really not worth staying here.
