The location is the worst possible place that can be. Beside of that the room in the images looks 10 times better than the reality.

Love our stay! The hotel is clean and smells good! Although the location wasn’t far from the Napoli Train Station, but walking over there with our luggages was horrible because the road is all damaged. Thanks to Cristian, our mood lifted as he was funny and very informative when explaining us where to visit in Naples. Thank you Cristian for making our stay so much better!

This Holiday Inn is not up to the N. American standards that I’m used to. Room is very dated, especially the bathroom. Otherwise a decent hotel in the common areas.

This hotel values their customer period. My room was not the best when we checked in. Went to the front desk explained the condition of the room. Not only did they apologize for the inconvenience, but they provided a much better room and allowed. They made us feel welcomed and valued. I would definitely stay there again if I had to go back to Naples. A big thank you to the staff as well. Very friendly and accommodating.

拿波里假日飯店維持了大連鎖飯店該有的硬體設備水準，房間跟浴室都很乾淨、裝潢新穎、床也好睡，房間沒有可以挑剔的。唯一缺點是飯店位置離中央火車站太遠了（走路要25分鐘左右），對沒自行開車（或坐計程車）前往的遊客來說，交通非常不方便；加上夜晚時，飯店附近沒有人煙，走路常會經過流浪漢睡覺的地方，感覺有點危險。我們辦理住宿當天是星期六，因為住客比較多，有部分房間來不及準備好；櫃檯人員態度不錯，但可能忙翻了，比較沒笑容。

房間整體設施偏舊，不接受提前辦理入住。 周圍商業比較多，但是出行不便，基本都要打車。 餐食服務較好，有服務員泡咖啡，火腿和煙燻奶酪值得一試，精加工火腿腸比肉腸好吃。
