The location is the worst possible place that can be. Beside of that the room in the images looks 10 times better than the reality.

Love our stay! The hotel is clean and smells good! Although the location wasn’t far from the Napoli Train Station, but walking over there with our luggages was horrible because the road is all damaged. Thanks to Cristian, our mood lifted as he was funny and very informative when explaining us where to visit in Naples. Thank you Cristian for making our stay so much better!

This Holiday Inn is not up to the N. American standards that I’m used to. Room is very dated, especially the bathroom. Otherwise a decent hotel in the common areas.

This hotel values their customer period. My room was not the best when we checked in. Went to the front desk explained the condition of the room. Not only did they apologize for the inconvenience, but they provided a much better room and allowed. They made us feel welcomed and valued. I would definitely stay there again if I had to go back to Naples. A big thank you to the staff as well. Very friendly and accommodating.

ナポリに宿泊するということで、ここを選びました。治安を心配していましたが、特に何事もなかったです。日本とはやはり違うので、夜歩くときは注意が必要になるかもしれません。ホテル自体は、とてもよかったです。1人のスタッフの方は、日本語を話してくださりました。また、部屋のアップグレードもしてくださりました。とてもいいステイでした。

Fuori dal centro ma utile come punto di appoggio se si deve raggiungere l’aeroporto o lavorare al Centro Direzionale. Camere ampie e moderne. Ha due ristoranti ed il personale è molto gentile. La sera occorre prendere l’auto o il taxi per andare in centro (lontano ed un po’ isolato). L’hotel è comunque di ottima qualità

친절한데 위치가 걸어서 이동은 못해요. 밤에는 못다녀요. 건물도 관리가 안된듯. 샤워기 다 터져있고 담배냄새 심하고 창문도 잘 안닫혀요. 다른나라 할리데이 생각하면 안되요.
