非常好，在中心位置，地點非常棒，去哪裡都方便，在一個小院子裏，晚上關了門感覺很有安全感，旅館的服務人員也非常友善，還有每天的下午免費的小茶點非常美味。

-La "televisón" era una pantalla de ordenador de las mas pequeñas. El mando a distancia era casi inservible, en todos los sentidos. Increible.
-El aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente.
-La nevera apenas enfriaba.
-El primer dia, detras de la mesilla de noche se veian bolas de polvo. El espejo de cuerpo entero del exterior del armario ropero estaba muy sucio.
-En el lavabo... hacía ruidito de goteo la cisterna del water. La unica estanteria estaba muy elevada, una persona de 1,57 cm. de altura no puede llegar. La hermosa gran bañera es dificil de acceder para las personas mayores.(aunque nosotros no somos mayores).

-El desayuno correcto. Camareros amables.
-La ubicación muy buena.
-Nos olvidamos ropa y fueron muy eficientes al remitirla a nuestro domicilio.

I love everything about this hotel! I had trouble finding it because it is situated in part of an old palazzo. I called and Renata came with a big smile to greet me! My room and bathroom were spotless, and I loved the antique decor. I had a corner room with tall ceiling and shutter and 2 little balconies overlooking the pedestrian street that featured many stores and eateries. Street sounds were never an issue for me at night. I am an older woman traveling solo and I felt very safe here. I originally booked for 3 nights but needed another night due to difficulty reserving a room at my next stop, Ischia. Sandro, Renata, and Chiara happily and efficiently assisted me in resolving both matters. The 3 made sure of every detail for my next destination and had it all confirmed. I cannot say enough about the staff, and how they care about your needs while staying here. The hotel is unique and charming, and the location is great! It’s an easy walk to the seafront, Via Toledo, the Galleria, and Piazza Plebiscito.

This hotel has a fantastic location on a pedestrianised street very close to many of the must-see sites in Naples. The staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is very good. We enjoyed our stay.Via Chai is a lovely little street and there are several excellent restaurants nearby.

This hotel is cozy, has atmosphere, great people work there, great location, clean room, good breakfast and espresso coffee available at breakfast! I loved it and will be going back next month, in March. This hotel was one of the reasons to consider our stay in Naples wonderful!

The hotel is situated in a period palazzo in the heart of the centro storico. The location could not be better. it’’s small but very clean throughout. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread includes also many cakes and Neopolitan specialties. Last but not least price is responsible.

This hotel is wonderfully located for touring Naples. The rooms are nicely decorated in a traditional style and are comfortable and well maintained. While the room is not spacious it is typical of an urban hotel and more than adequate. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the street. We had no problem with noise once we closed the doors. The breakfast is pleasant and we enjoyed the daily treat left out in the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful. We want to thank all of them for the help they gave when one of us tripped and dislocated a finger. They gave efficient first aid and helped us get to the nearest emergency room.
