Ulasan Nara Visitor Center and Inn

Big and spacious room with great shower facility. There is an onsen for guest at the basement which are seperated gender. On the same floor, there is a rest area with coin payable laudromat. Room was quiet and peaceful to rest in. They provide very comfy pyjamas for you to wear as well. There is a kitchen with equiped ammnities that you can request at the reception counter. Overall great experience and wll defintely go back again

Conveniently placed, very welcoming and helpful people. Nice big rooms, okay public path, convenience store open during the day below the inn. Very useful doc for strolling in Nara and around. Unbeatable at this price, would book again with no hesitation.

Really great and helpful staff. The activities Center on site does free activities like Origami and Kanji writing and even printed out our Universal Studios tickets too for free. Room was clean and had a great view. Less than 5 mins walk to the deer park

We travel as family of 1 adult and 3 teens. Staying in a Japanese room for 3+1 for 5 nights. Room: With all futons out, not much room to move around. So we kept our 5 carry on luggage in the hallway. Not a big issue. Kitchen: good for simple cooking and heat up. Location: 15 minutes walk from JR station, 9 minutes walk from Kintetsu station, no need for a taxi. Also can walk to museum Todaiji and Kasuga Tsushima. Deers downstairs in the morning. Our room has great view of the pond and pagoda. Facilities: washing basin is on the balcony instead of with toilet and shower due to its original function as local government hostel. Public bath although not spring water, still good enough to enjoy traditional Japanese. Convenience store in basement open till 7:30pm. Small clothes drying rack is convenient for overnight underwear or socks. Reception: great service with always someone speaks languages other than Japanese. Also it has free daily activities such as making origami deers. Great place to have a relaxed tour in Nara. The downside of the place is the wifi signal a bit weak inside the room, while perfect near the hallway and inside the building. Also the coin laundry and dryers really need a good clean or replace the filter more regularly. All in all, a great experience staying in the Nara Visitor Inn! Thanks!

OMG. I LOVED IT HERE. THE PEOPLE HERE SPEAK SUCH EXCELLENT ENGLISH OR CHINESE. BOTH THE FRONT DESK AND THE Cultural exchange center!!! Highly recommend coming to stay here AT LEAST ONCE IN YOUR LIFE. To feel like a VIP, have a BIG ROOM all to yourself/your family and rest/relax in comfort!! They have many amenities available for rent and if there's anything you need at all, just let the front desk know. They really do help you to their best ability to make anything/everything possible. They have such excellent service! They have a bath, a laundromat and even public toilets for after check out! They have a shared kitchen anyone can use to cook in as well! I will be coming back next time with the whole family to stay for a few nights rather than just one! Totally worth it. The best time I've had so far in japan was over here!! And I've been to many tours and even to a 5 star hotel. This is truly the best!! But at night it is pretty cold and difficult to find food unless you know how to walk to the shopping street nearby - then you'll find food and lights! :) it was the best day/evening here! I love nara!!!

Nara Visitor Centre and Inn is charming place located right next to Sarasuwa pond. It is about 7 mins walk from the Kintetsu Nara station. Very near to Kofukuji temple. I stayed from 15-17 June 2023. I felt warmly received by the staff on duty at the inn. Quite a lot of them are Mandarin and English speaking. I really appreciate one of the elderly gentleman’s staff warmth when he took the time to explain to me the attractions around the inn that I can visit, and he speaks Mandarin very well! I also appreciate the other staff’s eagerness to assist when I asked them questions about tours or to recommend places for breakfast. A shoutout also to Yukina, who entertained me when I wanted to do the cosplay and Japanese calligraphy. I also really enjoyed the Japanese dance activity provided during my stay. I really enjoyed my stay here :) I booked a Japanese style room, 8 tatami mats. Spacious for 1. Toiletries provided are sufficient. view from the room showed Kofukuji temple but was blocked by a tree. The only issue I had was that I was given the room at the end of the corridor. I personally preferred not to have a room at end of corridor for personal reasons, but the room was bright, airy and comfortable, and I was happy with it so did not request for a change.

It's a very cozy & comfortable place. Very near Nara park and you can see deer everywhere and everyday that they are so lovely! Well tamed the deer approaching friendly for goodies. Hotel staff are ery friendly and professional. Beautiful place and amazing window view.

Top hostel. The tatami room is simply amazing and in the morning you can spot the deers in the park and lake right from your window.

Very near to deer park. At night or day ometimes you can see deer and hear their sounds. Room is very spacious. Downstairs got visitor room to learn about japanese culture.

Maravilhoso! O espaço estava muito limpo, experimentamos o quarto com futon ( atenção, muito firme). O quarto era espaçoso, típico japonês, com todos os acessórios necessários. Banhos públicos com decoração à antiga. Está situado dentro de um centro que disponibiliza atividades gratuitas: origami, caligrafia. Ofereceram o nosso nome em Kadu. Situado as portas do parque onde estão a maioria das atrações de Nara, chegamos ao final do dia e fizemos a rota da luz azul, no parque. Maravilhoso.  Recomendo o hotel e chegar pelas 15h30.

位置非常好，就在湖邊上，有湖景。酒店在外國人交流中心，會主動熱情的介紹目前當地舉辦的活動，中心還提供免費的和服拍照和茶道書法等活動，有中文服務。房間雖然感覺略有老舊，但是榻榻米住起來很舒服，服務態度極好，晚上可以泡温泉。樓下就是便利店。

酒店離近鐵站1公里的地方，門口有一個小湖，沿着湖走就到了商業街，鬧中取靜，地理位置很好。走到奈良公園和春日大寺都不遠，看鹿非常方便。早晨甚至有鹿跑到酒店樓下。 房間是典型的日式房間榻榻米，一樓就是超市，二樓前台有非常大的公共空間可以摺紙，可以吃草莓（嚴格遵守衹能吃一個） 房間洗手池和廁所沒挨着，有點不方便。廁所也容易弄濕地面。另外公共廚房的廚具沒放在外邊，需要單獨找前台借出來。窗户正對於一個公共廁所，有點奇怪。
