Hotel berhampiran Gomafukudo, Narita

It was really nice to be there. Staff is very good in behavior and i appreciate services. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic charm.

Hotel International Garden Narita memberikan cabaran dari segi kebolehcapaian, kerana mencapainya melalui pengangkutan awam melibatkan menunggu bas kawasan tempatan dan menavigasi cerun curam selama 5-10 minit. Sebagai alternatif, bas lebuh raya menyediakan laluan terus tetapi datang dengan kos yang lebih tinggi dan slot masa terhad. Aspek positif ialah penyediaan hotel tunggangan Lapangan Terbang Narita percuma dua kali setiap jam, menawarkan kemudahan untuk pelancong. Walau bagaimanapun, bilik mungkin terjejas oleh bau yang pelik, mungkin disebabkan oleh kelembapan yang tinggi di kawasan itu, yang memberi kesan kepada keseluruhan pengalaman penginapan. While the check-in was smooth and the english-speaking staff at concierge was detailed in the available facilities e.g. sauna chargeable at 550 yen per pax, I was shocked by how unclean the room I stayed in was, at the highest level 11: dust was perpetually flying visibly in the air and worse if you smack the stained bed a bit; could see the dust and dirt stuck on TV remote control; there were stains on the bed; there were hair strands in the bathroom (e.g. bathtub); and there was a foul stench when I opened the bathroom (the kind that wet clothes did not dry properly hence proving the lack of ventilation in the bathroom). Thankfully I stayed for one night only though I did not use the facilities. The hotel seemed popular with other airline staff and tourists (Chinese, Thai, Korean) who could be rowdy at the lobby area and convenience store located at level 1 of the hotel. I did not feel exactly safe. All in all, I would strongly discourage booking this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Art hotel Narita The rooms were spotless, with a comfortable bed and beautiful views. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back.

Check-In It was a very smooth experience. The process was completed in under 4minutes. The staff was well prepared with the room keys, offered a letter about the dinning options and hotel facility. At the reception the team included all Japanese speak but with multiple language skills like English, Hindi, Nepali, etc. Hotel reception also offers the guest to buy the face mask of various character to choose from. Room It was my repeat stay in this property. The room was prepared immaculately. The amenities were placed in the room included small water bottle, iron/iron board, mini vault for storing valuables, the alarm clock with facility to play songs. The bathroom also had bathing amenity like shower gel, hand soap bar, shampoo/conditioner. The room was also poorly lit as 3 of the lights were not working. In the complete room it was just 1 bulb that was functional. Room Service menu It houses a deep illustration of food items available for children/ adult. Besides that it also gives multiple option of beverages. The price are little bit expensive as compared to other properties in the region. Business center The hotel offers the use of computer on the mezzanine floor. It has 2 station, i.e 1 for English keyboard and 1 for Japanese keyboard. Sadly there is no printing facility. There is not printer provided, however if anyone want to print they need to sent the email to front desk email and they will print for the customer. It leaves me with a thought about the privacy of the documents. Hmmm. Something to look into. Restaurant Dinning The hotel practice social distancing. It offers the use of hand sanitiser, plastic gloves, and face mask. The ground floor restaurant is big with seating facility of over 75pax. The staff was very polite and humble in approach. While waiting for my turn I was promptly attended, asked if I would like a dine in or take away. I was escorted to a table of my choice, offered the menu and poured the ice cold water. The food was tasty, as per Japanese cuisine. The portion was substantially big, with a lot of accompaniments. Towards the end of the dinning experience it got busy with a lot of customers came in to dine. Overall a good experience. Checkout The hotel practices social distancing. The check out was prompt. With no bills to settle they offer a drop box to put the key. Points of concerns:- 1. The room was not as per my expectation this time as the toilet bowl was dirty with black strains in it. 2. The room was not sufficiently lit. 3. Printing facility to maintain privacy of documents.

Easy pick up from the airport and quick, friendly check in. The room was comfortable, roomy and had a nice view. Breakfast was great! The mix of Asian and Western food was delicious and filling. I'm definitely going to book the Marroad the next time I have a layover in Narita.

The room was big and quiet. There is a convenience store, cafe, and restaurant on 1st floor. There is a laundromat, too. There was no water in the room, but there is a container for ice. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport and the Aeon shopping center. I do not like smoke and the floor I was on did not smell like smoke; however, in the annex hallway it did smell like smoke and I had to walk through the connecting hallway to get to the ice machine. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet even included a supplement bar.

This hotel was extremely good value for money. The room was spacious, and all necessary amenities were provided. There is a convenience store and pharmacy located within the hotel itself. The shuttle bus also adds to the convenience, though demand for it is high.

Sleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Chiba New Town Chuo station, so very convenient to and from Narita airport. Commuting to other places is also very convenient. There are restaurants, a mall, and a grocery store just minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection each morning. Staff was great.
