Good hotel location, room is too small for family of 4, price is then too high for this case. Dinner and breakfast are good in serving.

Perfect sea view hot spring. The room is spacious. Nice and clean.

Food and Sento were great

I booked this hotel to go to the Otsuka Museum of Art. I chose it because of the distance to the museum and the food. I think it's about a 5-minute walk to the museum. I had some drinks, but the portions were very generous. The food was fresh and tasty, and I was very satisfied. The inn and rooms were clean. There was some water stains on the glass, but unless you're a clean freak, I don't think it's so bad that it bothers you. The only thing that really bothered me was the open-air bath in the large communal bath. It was night, but there were so many bugs floating in the bath that I couldn't get in.

It was great that it was right next to the Otsuka Museum of Art.

The hotel service is very good, and you can see the Naruto Bridge and the sea. The hot spring has an open-air pool where you can see the night view of the Kaikyo Bridge. The dinner set is very exquisite and the menu is very beautiful. The only regret is that there are no convenience stores nearby and public transportation is not very convenient.

The location was good and I could see the Naruto Bridge from the room. The hot springs and breakfast were both very good. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The taiyaki kaiseki dishes are sumptuous, and the taiyangama rice is freshly cooked on the spot.

酒店極近明門漩渦。 3人房間超大。服務人員友善。包晚餐的是在另一酒店吃自助餐，有提供車接送服務。日式早餐在原酒店裡。 唯一缺點是房間內的空調系統不佳，空氣不流通，需要打開窗。

酒店在鳴門大橋附近，有車會比較方便，但附近沒有便利商店，酒有免費停車位提供，房間是榻榻米，空間很大，有提供浴場浸浴，有室內外浴場

對比硬件設施和軟件服務，參照對象是同級別同區域的酒店，價格也同水平來説—基本及格而已，但酒店沒有活動安排，比如親子類的。我要特別吐槽它的晚餐-因為選擇了含一早一晚的套餐，到達當晚勉強吃飽算數，用餐還不在住的地方而是坐車2分鐘到另外一家酒店（看名字應該是同集團），都是日餐為啥差別那麼大呢？！回到前台馬上把後面的餐全部取消。我也做過旅遊近20年，知道退了固定套餐不一定能退錢。但還是堅持取消！為啥，真真是難吃又難看。後來聯繫攜程客服，果然不退錢（不過是酒店不退還是代理不退，這有差別）我沒話説、理解！衹是客服小姐姐主動送了150塊的安慰金，搞得我有碰瓷後的膈應勁兒。好吧，我還是應該謝謝攜程。失望的一次體驗，淡路島酒店巨多果斷把這家刪除掉—它屬於中國人討厭的大坑。

平日木曜〜金曜日の1泊素泊まりで利用しました。 部屋がとても広くてゆっくり出来ました。 海側の部屋なら目の前が海なのでロケーションは良かったと思います。夜のお風呂は外が真っ暗で分かりませんでしたが、朝風呂に入ったら目の前海で朝日が上がるところで、海と鳴門大橋の絶景を楽しみながら朝風呂を堪能出来て、感動的でした。これだけでもここに宿泊して良かったと思います。大塚美術館にも徒歩3分の距離で良かったです。
