We unable to stay. Property was under construction, heavy dust, cement dust and noise due to this construction was present. Grianite cutting was going on, carpentry was doing on. Lift was down, i have parents with me of age 78y, room was at 2nd floor. My mother is heart patient, cannot use stair case. Dining was not working, even tea or coffee was also not available. Wifi was not working. We observed dusty floors, rooms, staircases, no clealiness, no higine was maintained. It is not healty circumstances hence we asked hotel managr to cancel l the booking. He was not listening to me as booking was done. He refused to cancel-led the booking. In total we 3 brothers were booked total 5 rooms in the same hotel for same period, we was total 10 people. It was very bad experience. In our group there was 3 persons whos age was 78y, 74y and 69 y all heart patient. There was no cooperation from the hotel staff and the manager. We approached to you but surprisingly you also not supported. We lost huge amount in this booking, total 5 rooms for 3 nights = total 15 night stay. For me, 2 rooms for 3 nights = 6 nights. We need total amount back. We have evidences of the property condition, we have taken snaps and can be share with you.
