Place, location, ambience all good. Staff is very rude and non cooperative. Security is also rude. Customer cannot always go by all the rules and regulations. It has to have some exceptions and a polite and helpful behavior is expected from the staff. Tea and breakfast timings were not conveyed on mm t and even while checking in.

Location is near ramkund. Kalaram temple and sita gufa are also walking distance. Good parking space is available. Rooms are big and clean but had issues with the tv not working and ac making noise in between. The cancellation policy needs to be considerate as i had to cancel one room but there was no refund or at-least free room upgrade given for second room.

Excellent property located in bank of river godavari. Very near to popular temples like kalaram mandir and sita gupa. Excellent food, spacious room, ample car parking with facility for driver stay. Best hotel to stay in nashik.

Location is beautiful. River view. Room was nice clean and maintained. Complimentary food was limited and was without option but preparation was great. Amenities was good

I had a pleasant stay for one night in a well-maintained hotel with spacious rooms located in the city center. It's convenient for exploring various places, and the food is also good. I recommend it for families.

Rooms are decent. Service is ok. Do not expect good food. Breakfast is terrible. Overall a good cheap hotel to just put up in the nights.
