Room was nice, comfortable beds, nice shower and bathroom. Breakfast was really good, many options, and the hot food was rotated each day- different kinds of omelets, scramble eggs, turkey and or pork sausage, sometimes biscuits and gravy. Also an extensive portion of bagels, sweet roles, very cute automatic pancake maker, frig with milk, butter, two brands of yogurt, boiled eggs. Also a lot of fruit, and 3 kinds of juices.

We decided to stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express because it gave us an easy access to the highway the next day. Derrick at the desk was amazing with advice on hos to get into the city of Nashville and where to go. He made check in simple and enjoyable. The hotel was wonderful, the breakfast was fantastic and Cristina at check out was so friendly and accomodating. We would stay there again and again.

I usually don’t do reviews but I wanted to be helpful for the next person looking to book. I was very pleased with my stay. I had to travel for work/school and was very nervous about my work project ,so I wanted to really stay somewhere that was convenient and clean. This hotel was both. Barquita and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed a week and every day my room was cleaned and tidy. It was nice to come in after a hard day of work and rest and relax comfortably. Perfect for what I wanted and not to mention the convenience of eating breakfast every morning. I couldn’t believe that they had real bacon for the breakfast buffet. My first time in Nashville was great because of Holiday Inn Express.

On this recent trip we stayed in 8 different hotels. Our experience at the Holiday Inn was good, but I decided I was going to write a review with things I want to know if I am deciding where to stay. PROS: *We felt very safe here and felt that the parking lot was safe as well. *They accepted two packages from Amazon for us, with a smile. *A lovely young women checked us in. Friendly and made us feel welcome. *It was quiet, EXCEPT one evening when loud music came from the building near the hotel. *Our air conditioner rattled loudly the first night, but we let them know that morning and when we got back the cover had been put on correctly and it was much better. CONS: *It had a tiny ironing board. Not a big deal as I don't need an iron often on vacation. it would be nice to have a regular size for stability and longer clothes. *The safe was at the bottom of the closet. Ok for us, but difficult for older people who can't bend down and punch in the numbers. *The breakfast was just ok, a little bland. *The room is very sparsely furnished. A good thing for more room, but not exactly homey. Overall, we were happy. A very short drive away is the Opry Mills Mall with a bus stop that takes you right to downtown Nashville. We parked our car at the mall and for two dollars a ride (yes, they take cash as long as it is the exact amount.) we avoided the traffic. The Grand Ole Opry was a quick, easy few minutes away and even though we had paid for parking for our show we opted to park across the street at the mall and walk over. Easy.

Amazing stay one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time, comfy beds, a lot to do around it. Great gym and amazing pool. Great place to stay with friends or family. I fully recommend this hotel.
