Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

It was a very nice hotel. We stayed there for a while and it was a lovely experience. Breakfast was really good, the gym was one of the few working gyms we’ve managed to go to. Very clean rooms.

We had a great time at our stay. The hotel was in a great place to walk to a lot of nice parks and places for kids! The Library Restaurant in the lobby was great. Will and Jevon were very helpful at getting our car quickly everyday and helpful getting it packed up!

Two night stay for a Vikings Sunday game.. Room was clean and modern, we chose an upgrade for a more spacious option. Our view was of a parking ramp. Staff was very friendly and restaurant/bar menu was exceptional. We will recommend this hotel for future Vikings fans

That’s good location & room is large. But no any stuffs provided. (e.g. teeth brush, teeth paste, slippers & robe). Also I feels weird that don’t have shower curtain in the washroom caused make the floor wet after shower!

This review is for the L27 rooftop only, as we did not stay at the Westin hotel. There were six of us that went for drinks and the beautiful rooftop view. We were helped by Angela and she was terrific! She was responsive and attentive to all of us. Brittany made our drinks and everything tasted terrific and as ordered. I would highly recommend the L27 for a nice place to have drinks with a view. On an improvement note, we were sad that the L27 discontinued the summer concert series in 2024, so would love to see that brought back next year. That series is what introduced us to the L27!

Kim Barnes Woolery is Awesome! Kim made our stay at the Nashville JW Marriott special. She put together an entertainment and restaurant itinerary that was spectacular and tailored to our interests and likes while following up to ensure all went well. It was convenient to everything. All the staff were very accommodating, polite and helpful. When we checked in Louise and Robin helped us told all about the hotel. They were there the entire time during our stay. Nice, friendly and polite. We will certainly stay there again thanks

He offered us 2 pass to Centennial Park. Very professional and very respectful.. The rooms🥰🥰Dove everything from hand wash to body wash and shampoo.. The park view I love.. I asked for that and received.. The beds are comfortable and the room was excellent.. Thank you Dougie and Holiday Inn for the second stay and the luxury.

CC3781FUcarolkI've never stayed in a Candlewood Suites before, but I came to visit family who live nearby. This hotel was the closest to my family, and we didn't want to stay in a tourist area. This area seems safe enough. The location was fine for us since we were driving. It's a convenient location if you have a car. We appreciated the free parking, which is rare in Nashville. We had a quiet stay. We used both the heating and cooling. Both worked well, and the fan provided a nice amount of white noise that helped lessen any outside noise. The room was large, and it had a great closet. We didn't really need a kitchen, but this was a nice one if you are looking for that. The room could have been cleaner. The tub, sink, toilet, and kitchen were clean enough. I'm not sure about the floor. I think the shower curtain was clean, but it was ragged on one side. The walls need to be cleaned. I was surprised that this hotel is not that old. Our room looked like some guests had been rough on it - maybe pets? We didn't have any problems during our stay. I don't know that this is definitely the place we're going to stay whenever we visit Nashville, but it would be okay.

We stayed in this hotel our last night in Nashville due to how close it is from the BNA Airport. The hotel is a little bit old but well kept. The hotel offers shuttle to and from the airport with a schedule. We left super early so couldn't try the breakfast, but it was nice to know that was available I want to mention the great costumer service we receive from the front desk Marshanta, sorry if I misspelled her name, was so nice, attentive, great! This kind of people made a business great, makes you want to come back.

She told us about the shuttle that took us to broadway and what a bonus that was. We had muffins for evening snack. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely go back there if ever in the area again. Thank you Hyatt Place.

The room was big and spacious. I reserved for three people and it had even more sets of towels. It was clean and beds were very comfortable.

AAlways&ForeverVacationsA wonderful hotel located just a few minutes from downtown and Broadway. Our room had a great view of the city, which I really enjoyed. It's a great option for those who like a little peace and relaxation in between wild extravaganzas on the main *****s. The shuttle driver was very friendly and the service made it easy and convenient to get to and from Broadway. If you're looking to venture out to other areas or at different times than the shuttle runs, you'll find it's also very easy to get an Uber and pretty affordable. It is also very easy to get to from Nashville Airport or to get on the highway to head to Memphis. The first morning we had breakfast downstairs, we were given a breakfast menu with four options including an omelet, breakfast sandwich, or waffles. I ordered an omelet, which came with home fries, for $13.99. The second morning was buffet style with grits, oats, scrambled eggs, meats, home fries, and some sort of spinach and egg white quiche. The buffet was $14.99 per person. While the food was decent and it did work for convenience while waiting for the rest of the group to get up and going, there's not much to rave about. I will mix it up and try other options next time. I didn't get a chance to try the other restaurant in the hotel, but maybe next time. Overall, it was a great stay I would choose again.

The hotel was very nice. The bedroom was very big and had plenty of space for your clothes. There was a full size stove and refrigerator, a microwave and if you needed any dishes or utensils all you had to do was ask for it at the front desk. The staff were very friendly. We loved the location. Easy access to everything.
