Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price The place was clean and easy to locate, which is one of the few positives. However, our overall experience was very disappointing. During our stay, a large family occupied the pool area for a birthday party. This left no space for us to swim or relax, even though we were also paying guests. When we raised our concerns with the staff, we were told it wasn’t a private function, but instead of resolving the issue, they just extended the pool hours and told us to wait until 10 PM to swim—unreasonable considering we were on vacation, not planning to stay up late just to use the amenities we paid for. We also spoke to the manager hoping for a more considerate solution. We requested a late checkout of 2–3 hours to make up for the inconvenience, especially since the following morning was equally chaotic due to loud children and inconsiderate guests. Unfortunately, they refused unless we paid an additional PHP 300–500. The management was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. To make matters worse, the beach was unpleasant—trash was floating in the water, and it clearly wasn’t maintained. Honestly, the only thing we liked was the bed—it was clean and comfortable. Note to management: Just because a family booked a larger room doesn’t mean you should prioritize them over other guests. Every paying guest deserves a fair and peaceful stay. Save your money and look elsewhere. This place is not worth it.

I had to make a reservation in a hurry and ended up staying here suddenly. The room structure was a bit disappointing, but the bed and water condition were much better than other resorts nearby. Everything was good, but if there was one thing I was disappointed about, it was that there was no refrigerator in the room. There were no other inconveniences.
