Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa

Check pillows, many reviews about old, dirty pillows. Check on curtains, horrible waiting time checkin and checkout takes an hour posted on other reviews. No lifeguard on duty so i refuse to stay another day cottages found **** diapers and trash everwhere. Buffet is poor quality. Tocino and longga tasteless and fish fillet taste like it was recycled , slimy inside maybe from last night free buffet seminar. Bathroom is old and damage faucets. Guest gets Plastic bidet so cheap. Bed and tables s are like really old found splinters and chips , live electric wires in the room and poer line in the pool area are left exposed. Hopefully they renovate soon before guest electrified. I decided to discontinue my 2nd night for practical reason safety, disgust and discomfort. A baby next door was crying till 1am sleep twas impossible , i recorded to have proof. pleaded hotel to rebook or refund to offset F&B credit but unjust enrichment prevails, the hotel decline. Too many bad reviews and trip.com must just delist property.

Too bad there’s no real Spa, No Massage Place, No Steam Room 🧖, No Sauna. Not even Unlimited Change of Pool Towels. What’s the essence of being a Luxury Canyon Cove Hotel & Spa? The word SPA should be remove. I’m so disappointed specially each bathroom that I tried in our room which I booked in the Superior King Room, the drainage of the bathroom I can smell the sewer and the shower head sucks, the bathtub doesn’t drains properly. They don’t have much food choices on their buffet and they don’t have fresh fruit juice only sugary and just flavoring stuff. Lack of WIFI Connections, Bad signals or Phone Receptions. Despite all of these they have good security and the receptionist are accommodating and doing their job well. The pool size are huge with separation for kiddie pool. Well at least the kids enjoyed the pool and they have little playground 🛝. Good for family outings and gatherings. Not really for relaxing and pampering. They need to do a lot of fixing in this place. So instead of continuing staying in this place until one more night, we decided to do early check out and just leave this place and not finishing our stay which is supposed to check out the next day.

Very nice staff. It’s just that the queue is so long that you have to wait for almost an hour to accommodate you, it’s given that when we get there it was holiday season but the guests don’t have much chair to sit and they don’t prioritize senior citizens. If they only have priority lane for the senior citizens and pwd so they cannot wait more longer.

The check in process took 1 hour! There were long lines and 5 staff at the reception. There’s something wrong in their system for the check in to take too long. It’s our first time to encounter this problem in checking in at a hotel. I hope they can address this immediately because there were a lot of complaints by other guests too. Some rooms were not ready because they were still cleaning it even though it was already check in time. Check out also took 30 minutes. There were only 3 staff at the reception that time. As for the breakfast, they serve rice, longganisa, sausage, egg, pancake, salad and bread. Hope they can improve it as well The pool and beach were good.

Total waste of money.. food is absurdly BAD.. no choice all NOT fresh and we got sock later also .. . Arriving rooms are OPD like 20 years ago .. , broken and ugly furnitures, aircon leaking.. ( we did not even bother to complain ) workers are nice .. but hiding in buffet.. understandable because it is that real BAD .. break fast .. same same.. from 6!to 9 am .. are you serious.!!!! It is holiday.. but now and the. All bad quality foods.. never have insee something this BAD..sea is ok .. location if rhey make it good bery nive
