My 2nd home in Matabungkay and definitely i give them more than 200% excellent service. We are very satisfied with our stay in this resort. from time we arrived until we left, we were treated very well like a family. Everyone of them, as in literally all of them, always made sure that we had everything we needed. All staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. they provided us everything we needed even before we ask them to. special thanks to Sir Joel na sobrang accommodating samin :). I'm Planning to go back again soon. Would definitely recommend this place.

Rooms are small but very clean. Bed and pillows are comfy. Wifi strong inside room and lobby. Staff are friendly. Sweet Haven restaurant and Bella Pizza inside the compound is highly recommended. Didn’t get to try the pool, is was kinda small considering its for both the hotel and the residences. There were a lot of people swimming then. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel. Thank you. We had a very pleasant stay.

10/10 staff lalo na kay Bryan from sales and Ruffa. 10/10 food, hindi tinipid yung buffet for the corporate banquet sulit bayad 10/10 place, lots of activities to do and the rooms are so nice. Our company was very happy partnering with unwnd 😊 so thank you for catering to our needs kahit last minute na minsan at pabago bago.

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

AAngelica EranaThe airbnb is good and the staff are accomodating and friendly however we are not be able to try the beach because its far from the place itself. We are not aware that the 5 to 6 minutes travel time from tge beach to the house is only applicable if you have a car but in our case we dont so it is kind of hassle for us. Also, we are not informed that there is a new policy in the beach that you cannot swim if you wont avail a cottage which cost 1k for the cheapest but the cottage is not that good looking. But our group still manage to have fun because the caretaker/staff are very friendly and nice.

RRosalanPico Sand Hotel is the best place to relax with loved ones. It offers an awesome view of the beach. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious foods. We will definitely stay here when we visit again.

As balikbayans, we really missed the Filipino hospitality and the Club Punta Fuego team really took care of us. Their buffet breakfast was good, but what we really appreciated was how their F&B team especially, Eric, assisted us all through out. so thank you very much! Their infinity pool is really nice as well, great spot to take photos and relax with family. Hoping to be back in the future!

TTJOur stay has been a good one. Clean room, accommodating staff, free parking, lots of water activities. However, what's disappointing is that the corkage fee is too high. Nonetheless, it was a great hotel with complete toiletries.

From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my stay at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa was a memorable and enjoyable experience. PPengguna TetamuWe avail the summer promo of Forest Crest. We availed the Skylight Deluxe room with complimentary Breakfast and 1 time snack for two and 1 AVP ride for 15min. The room is spacecious. It has small sala with televesion and a cable box. A round table with 2 seats. A long marble table and a mini ref and of course a toilet and bathroom. I requested for a King size bed but the biggest size they have is a queen. The facilities or should I say the room in general was not maintained. There are debris of small cement on toilet sink falling from the ceiling. Top layer of the cabinet is dirty. No shampoo/soap holder inside the shower. The shower has build up of water calcium. Inconsistency on hot shower. Even if you set it to hot, after a minute, the water becomes cold so you have to wait again for water to become hot. The bath towel is a bit smelly. Its like it was not dried under the sun after the laundry. Poor internet connection. No phones, you need to call the reception via mobile phone. There are number of activities you can do on the hotel. You need to pay though but the price is not expensive. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. We ate to their Italian restaurant. The Salmon is overcooked and the chicke is dry. Need to improve their cooking skills. During breakfast, the hotel is not that strictly implementing social distancing and wearing a mask. It should be, you wear your mask when getting food at the buffet table and remove the mask when seating and eating on dining table. Hope they improve the implemetation of health protocol. They also have spa and indoor pool for those who wanted to avail massage.
