O restaurante e café da manhã do hotel é espetacular, com cardápio assinado pelo Chef Erick Jacquin: La Brasserie, De La Mer.

O hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento foi bom, mas infelizmente, na higiene deixou a desejar, pois vimos que havia baratas pelo quarto, falta de dedetização, e no último dia o chuveiro quente não funcionou.

The hotel is safe, the food (dinner and breakfast) were exquisite, pool was open till late which was a big plus, the staff was very helpful. In front of the hotel there is a supermarket which is very useful. The only real bad thing about the hotel was an extremely slow internet connection. I expected to work remotely which was impossible.

This is definitely a hotel to go with kids and family. Kids are free to play all the time at the pools and the beach and enjoy family time. This is not a luxury hotel, but definitely a very comfortable place to have family holidays near the beach. The views are the best. You can view the ocean at all times, with the sounds of the waves. Beautiful. The food is very good and at all times. The hotel people work hard to meet everyone requirements. I think plastic plates and mugs are perfect for the hotel characteristics. Will suggest to do the same for the ice-cream and deserts to avoid plastic flying with the winds.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado e com um vista espetacular, atendimento de todos os funcionários, recepção e camareiras também maravilhoso e prestativos, e principalmente a garçom Paulo e a Fernanda, que atendem no café da manhã e na piscina, são fantásticos e muito atenciosos. Recome do muito a estadia neste hotel.

Hotel is more family oriented and economic friendly. The staff is 10/10 and had many options to eat (all inclusive bf, lunch and dinner). The only issue was that the rooms could have been upgraded. For the price we paid, it is a real bargain. But I can see how people can not give it 5 stars. Kids running around, outdated bathroom and loud music until 10pm are not for everyone but they were fine for us. Gym could be a lot better. It was in a 10x15 room with outdated machines.

Good points hot shower and the swimming pool is good to sunbathe. However in two weeks I never saw the pool being cleaned there is no life guard and you have to pay to get a towel for a sun lounger. The food is ok but I missed breakfast last few days due to the lack of variety. The owners clearly put profit before service. For a tiny piece of tuna with skinny chips £10. The staff try their best and due to the fact that 99.9% of the guests are from Brazil the lack of English is vast amongst the staff. Rooms are basic I asked to pay extra rather be stuck in a tiny box with noisy air conditioning. The only thing I suggest is you pay extra and go for one of the more luxurious hotels if you can find one. This place is 2* tops and that is me being kind.
