The staff was perfect. I was well received in the city, the Hotel has some amazing points of view of the city in case you're looking for a good place to take a shoot of the landscape. The hotel was well cleaned and the staff was always ready to be at service. If you're going to Natal/RN, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Foi nossa segunda vez no hotel e mais uma vez gostamos muito! É o que se espera de um hotel da rede. Atendimento gentil, praticidade e limpeza. Tem uma boa localização também. Não tomamos o café da manhã que é pago a parte. Com toda certeza voltaríamos!

O hotel fica a beira mar, o que é ótimo. Tem uma área de lazer muito boa. Porém um café da manhã muito simples, e fraco. E outra coisa negativa é o mesmo cobrar uma diária de 20$ por dia, pelo estacionamento, sendo que o mesmo pertence ao próprio hotel, o que na minha opinião não faz sentido, pois deveria ser um direito de quem está hospedado.

I booked the hotel to bring my mom so she could enjoy the stay after a cancer treatment during the Brazilian winter. The room is really nice, the staff is great, and the hot tub was a big reason to choose the hotel. But we could not use it as Vogal doesn’t have hot water (stayed in 2 rooms and had the same issue). It was challenging to take a shower, as the water at best was not freezing - not even warm. I’m vegan and informed it upon arrival so the kitchen could be prepared. I was informed it was not an issue. But breakfast was almost impossible and for the exception of my second night, there were almost no options to eat dinner - surely not worth paying for the food if you are vegan. Natal has great vegan options in many restaurants. If you are ok with no hot shower and a cold tub (Which should be fine in summer around here) it has nice amenities and very well trained staff. They were very polite when I complained about paying for 6 meals and having a hard time with 5 of them, explained to me what they would do internally só future guests didn’t have the same issue and how their policy is to not give a discount so too bad I could not eat. Went to my room to eat some peanuts.

Ótimo custo benefício. Bem organizado, limpo e com quartos e demais ambientes aconchegantes. Um ponto negativo foi a vista dos quartos, mas que caso você queira compensar pode subir até a piscina da cobertura para uma vista fantástica de Ponta Negra e Morro do Careca.

Hotel is more family oriented and economic friendly. The staff is 10/10 and had many options to eat (all inclusive bf, lunch and dinner). The only issue was that the rooms could have been upgraded. For the price we paid, it is a real bargain. But I can see how people can not give it 5 stars. Kids running around, outdated bathroom and loud music until 10pm are not for everyone but they were fine for us. Gym could be a lot better. It was in a 10x15 room with outdated machines.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização na praia de ponta negra, muito próximo a praia, ele tem uma bela estrutura em si, porém o ar condicionado do meu quarto já parecia um pouco datado e a mobília também, porém o quarto em si é tipo apartamento, há divisórias uma sala americana com o quarto e o banheiro fora.

Lugar bom para deslocamentos para qualquer lugar. Há necessidade de veículo alugado para conforto do passeio para quem é de fora da cidade. Poderiam caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza e em pequenos reparos decorrentes do uso do dia a dia, mas no geral é bom. O atendimento é bom, com pessoal atencioso solicito e rápido. Quarto com banheiro de tamanho bom para um casal, não necessitando ser maior. Roupas de cama e de banho limpas e em muito bom estado de conservação. Café da manhã bom, com frutas, sucos, cafés (faltou, como sugestão, um chocolate quente), pães, bolos, ovos, pão de queijo, tapioca etc. Volto, tendo oportunidade.

PPengguna TetamuI have been on vacation in Brazil about 5 times. Hotel Manary Praia was perhaps the best of all the Brazilian hotels I chose. Very kind and friendly approach. Excellent location, good food, very stylish furniture. I simply felt like I was in a family hotel. I'm usually critical, but I can't find anything to criticize. If I decide to visit NATAL, I will definitely choose this hotel.

BBdbrouThe hotel is safe, the food (dinner and breakfast) were exquisite, pool was open till late which was a big plus, the staff was very helpful.
In front of the hotel there is a supermarket which is very useful. The only real bad thing about the hotel was an extremely slow internet connection. I expected to work remotely which was impossible.

No Primeiro dia ficamos em uma apartamento péssimo, sem internet, o ar não gelava ( dormimos no calor porque fomos informados que não havia mais ninguém para consertar no domingo a noite) cama dura e um banheiro antigo com cortina, no outro dia foi trocado após muita insistência pois íamos passar 5 dias, o quarto trocado foi mais moderno, porém com uma péssima acústica, na hora do café dava para ouvir tudo e acabávamos acordando antes do desejado. Não é um hotel 4 estrelas pois não tem um espaço infantil, não tem uma brinquedoteca e os quarto luxo deixam a desejar …Até o dia que fomos embora não tinha internet na tv.

The dissapointment started right at the checkin moment. It is supposed to happen at 2pm and rooms are not always ready for guests. Apart from that, I had to wait almost an hour to get my keys. The checkin process is way too complicated and the queue only gets bigger and bigger. For my first 2 nights stay the room was somehow decent, with an ocean view, but there was a leak from the AC in the middle of the room that no one seemed to care about. For my second one-night stay, they gave me the worst room possible, with a view to the ladder that people use to reach the beach. This means zero privacy! Also, the room smeled mold and you could see it here and there. Very old room, telephone didn`t work. Staff are not always nice, they seem to be very unhappy.

LLucaSuper bem localizado (breve mensal ao ”Ô bar”) fica próximo ao hotel, vão ser medo. Mas voltando, hotel é bom, piscina, vista pro mar, a estrutura é muito boa, quartos são bons, não dá pra ouvir nada de fora, tudo super tranquilo.
Porém (lado ruim) ar-condicionado são velhos demais, não só eu, mas vi outros hóspedes, que tiveram que pedir outra chave, pra poder deixar ar ligado no quarto o tempo todo, pq se desligar não ia gelar mais. ”Passei 5 dias com o ar ligado” kkkkk e as vzs fazia barulho, tinha que dá uns tapa pra parar kkkk mas no final, gelou o quarto era só não desligar. Fora isso, tudo certo.
Café da manhã, é um pouco fraco. Mas dá pra comer de boa, do não tem tanta opção e todo dia é a msm coisa, mas não dá pra reclamar disso não, é só opinião.

FFERNANDO ANTONIO LIMAO hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento foi bom, mas infelizmente, na higiene deixou a desejar, pois vimos que havia baratas pelo quarto, falta de dedetização, e no último dia o chuveiro quente não funcionou.

This is definitely a hotel to go with kids and family. Kids are free to play all the time at the pools and the beach and enjoy family time. This is not a luxury hotel, but definitely a very comfortable place to have family holidays near the beach. The views are the best. You can view the ocean at all times, with the sounds of the waves. Beautiful. The food is very good and at all times. The hotel people work hard to meet everyone requirements. I think plastic plates and mugs are perfect for the hotel characteristics. Will suggest to do the same for the ice-cream and deserts to avoid plastic flying with the winds.
