Pros:
- Service from everyone, especially the restaurant staff, is outstanding.
- Breakfast buffet is really good.
Cons:
- Bathroom is not well maintained and has ***y dirt marks and spots.
- The bathroom door doesn’t close properly.
- Location is not ideal if you want to travel frequently to downtown Mumbai and visit other tourist attractions.
- The electrical lighting in both the room and washroom is terrible.
- Mosquitoes were there in the room and washroom.

Great hotel, I came to accompany my wife on a medical conference and we chose the hotel as we are group members so use Marriott whenever we can. The pool is great, the lobby cafe bar is a fantastic meeting place, our host Ishika is very professional and knows the whole group now. There is a superb bar on the second floor that does food and craft beers. This is my first time in India and I'm impressed with the Four Points, perfect if you need to be in Navi Mumbai.

I’ve been staying at Four Points Vashi for over a year, sometimes difficult to book in peak season and there’re always crowds flooding to the hotel. I’m always on business when staying there, without doubts it’s my first choice whenever travel in Mumbai. Have stayed in Cxxxd and Vxxxi, never felt the same like here. Special thanks to Ms Khushi at NMBC, always seeing her busy at small lounge with a hat, easily missed by guests if you never talk to her. Love taking a seat at the lounge beside lobby whenever I feel like having a light dinner, foods are more than enough

Very positive aura in this space. Stay was just amazing and perfect. Front desk staff Pranay was super nice and helped a lot with a good hospitality.The hotel rooms are great and the standard of hygiene is exceptional. Ishika contributed in making this a memorable stay.

Greqt experience for a budget stay. The housekeeping staff was very prompt and helpful, especially Aayush, who did my room on most of the days. The breakfast and dinner spreads were good and I will definitely recommend the property for a stay in Navi Mumbai
