You can't ask for a better location or a more accommodating team than at this bed and breakfast. A great view of the Pyramids (across the street). The breakfast was ok, but the view from the terrace is what it's all about. The room was fine. Overall a good value, but if you're looking for upscale amenities, keep looking. If you're looking for good location at great price and kind staff, this is the place.

スタッフはとにかく優しい！細かい配慮をしてくれてすごくありがたい！　 出かけて朝ご飯の時間に間に合わなくてもわざわざ取っといてくれました！ 初めてエジプトでUberを使ったから、スタッフがわざわざ一緒に外で車が来るの待ってくれて、車の居場所を見つけてくれました！文字が全く読めないので、すごく助かりました！ チップ渡そうとしたら、歩いただけって断れた！　（それでも渡したけどw） そしてここでは違うピラミッドビューが見れる！ 13階の屋上テラスからギザの町に囲まれてる偉大なるピラミッドという迫力満点のピラミッドビューが最高でした！！ とてもとてもおすすめです！

I loved staying in the hotel because the staff were so helpful smiling faces I felt like home ,thank you aya life guard in the swimming pool and me Abu alail from house keeping and not forgetting Shayma , I can say the only thing I don’t like was the bath room up dated , every thing else was great specially the good

Decent hotel but not entirely sure that its 5-star rating is totally accurate from my experience. There was some construction work happening nearby so it was fairly noisy during the day. The hotel is situated in a modern area of Egypt with a number of high-end residential areas near by making travelling from one area to another quite aesthetic. The staff were nice and welcoming, however I did spend approximately 3mins ordering in-room dining for them to give me an incorrect order.

A truly wonderful hotel! The rooms are very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The hotel compound is quiet and peaceful, and the pool area is fun and relaxing. Zico and the entire staff are just superb: not only are they very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, they made us feel like we were part of their family. Finally, the rooftop restaurant is out of this world: it offers a fantastic view of the pyramids, along with incredibly delicious food and excellent service. This place a real gem, not to be missed when visiting Giza.

2022年12月31日〜2023年1月1日に一泊滞在しました。 カイロ国際空港よりUberで約40分〜50分、約200EGPで訪れることができました。 大通りに面しており、少し上を見上げると日本語と英語で書かれたホテルの看板が見つかります。入り口を開けるとエレベーターまで、神殿のような廊下が続いており、たしか「ハッサンへ　ようこそ」と日本語で書かれた看板が目につき、海外での日本語に安心感を感じます。 エレベーターで３階のフロントへ到着すると、新しく新装されたモダンな内装になっています。（私が宿泊した時には、オープンして半年程とのことでした。） オーナーのモハメッドハッサンはとても日本語が堪能で、2005年から日本人向けの観光ガイドをされていた経歴を持っています。そして、早速チェックインをし、部屋の案内と各所の説明をしていただきました。 ロビーやトイレ、バスタブ、屋上、部屋を含めて清掃が行き届いており、セキュリティー面も対策されていました。 部屋からは迫力のあるピラミッドが見え、素晴らしい部屋でした。また、日本人向けの仕様に作られているため、防音対策や大きなバスタブ、お湯不足対策の予備タンクを備えるなど、各所に配慮が見られました。 屋上からはさらに迫力のある、ピラミッドビューを見ることができ、部屋数は数組〜数十組分と考えられますので、邪魔されずに思う存分景色を堪能することができます。 朝食はパン、*焼き、チーズ、ハムとシンプルでしたが、私としてはエジプトで生野菜等はお腹を壊す可能性があるので、無いのは良い選択だと思いました。 チェックイン当日は前日のルクソールのホテルで食べた生野菜のせいか、下痢症と悪寒を発症していたため、オーナーに相談すると、おすすめの薬があるということで手配いただき、翌日の朝には治すことができました。上記にもある通り、お腹を壊していただのでバスタブで体を温めることができたのは何よりよかったです。 現在もオーナーは観光ガイドをされているので、翌日のギザのピラミッドとカイロの主要な観光地のガイドをお願いし、内容の濃いツアーとなりました。 エジプト初日のルクソールなどは個人で観光しており大変な思いをしましたが、エジプトではガイドを付けることが最良の選択であることをこのツアーで感じました。 オーナーの他に、もう一人日本語が話せるスタッフもいるため、是非エジプト観光の際には宿泊することをお勧めします。良き滞在となりました。 I stayed there for one night from December 31, 2022 to January 1, 2023. It took us about 40-50 minutes by Uber from Cairo International Airport for about 200 EGP to visit. The hotel is located on a main street, and if you look up a bit you will find the hotel sign written in Japanese and English. When you open the entrance, a temple-like hallway leads up to the elevator, where you see a sign that reads ”Welcome to Hassan” in Japanese, which makes you feel at ease with the Japanese language in a foreign country. The elevator takes you to the 3rd floor front desk, which is newly renovated and modernly furnished. (At the time of my stay, the hotel had been open for about six months.) The owner, Mohammed Hassan, is very fluent in Japanese and has been a tourist guide for Japanese since 2005. We then quickly checked in and he showed us around the room and explained each part of the hotel. The lobby, restrooms, bathtub, rooftop, and rooms were all well cleaned and security measures were taken. The room had a great view of the powerful pyramids. The rooms are designed for the Japanese market, with soundproofing, a large bathtub, and a spare tank to prevent hot water shortages. The pyramid view from the rooftop is even more impressive, and since there are only enough rooms for a few to several dozen people, you can enjoy the view as much as you like without being disturbed. Breakfast was simple: bread, eggs, cheese, and ham, but I thought it was a good choice because raw vegetables in Egypt can cause stomach problems. On the day of check-in, I had developed diarrhea and chills, probably due to the raw vegetables I had eaten at the hotel in Luxor the day before. When I consulted the owner, he arranged for some recommended medicine, which I was able to recover the next morning. A notre arrivee, la réservation prévue d'une chambre avec balcon n'a pu être satisfaite. (Les photos sur Booking montrent deux types de chambres sans montrer un balcon malgré un descriptif qui le précise clairement ! ) Néanmoins, notre premier étape en Égypte fut agréable ! Cet hôtel possède des atouts certains : une décoration soignée, sa propreté et bien sûr, sa situation. L'équipe de l'hôtel est jeune, dynamique, réactive et aimable. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse d'Ola à la réception, celle d'Hassan, et de son collègue, car leur petit déjeuner égyptien est ”royal”, sans oublier celle d'Ali de l'accueil. Les chambres se répartissent sur trois étages (sans ascenseur) avec la terrasse au 4eme qui accueille les petits déjeuners et un restaurant, bon. L'équipement de la chambre est satisfaisant ( tv, réfrigérateur, bouilloire avec eau et sachets divers en accès libre) mais les fenêtres ne ferment pas hermétiquement ! La salle de bains comprend toilettes, douche, lavabo et produits divers mais la plomberie serait à améliorer (fuite au pied du lavabo et robinet branlant) . La connexion WiFi est dans l'ensemble satisfaisante. Bref, un endroit dans ce lieu extrêmement touristique à recommander mais certains points à améliorer pour devenir un vrai 3 étoiles.

El hotel es de reciente construcción, de hecho, todavía está en construcción. Su punto fuerte es su cercanía con las pirámides de Giza, aunque la calle ya deja una impresión muy pobre, sin asfaltar y con multitud de baches. No tuvimos un desayuno con vistas a las pirámides, tal y como esperábamos, sino que lo hicimos en una terraza en la planta baja que daba a zonas comunes del hotel. No pudimos hacer uso de la piscina (por cierto, es muy pequeña), nos dijeron que estaban con tareas de mantenimiento. Sin embargo, nuestra sorpresa fue que al llegar por la tarde vimos a una familia haciendo uso de ella. La habitación está muy bien para el estándar de Egipto, es moderna y espaciosa.
