在這裏住了一週，我想我真的很喜歡這個酒店。因為是對比了攜程和booking後下的決定。管家Saman人很好，我第一晚到的時候是深夜，衹需要聯繫他，他會開Tuktuk車來大門口幫我拿行李。他們也會在乎住客的動向，深夜會提醒我注意安全。房間非常乾淨，提供開水壺和礦泉水，空調製冷也很好。房間沒有提到有熱水，實際上熱水也有提供，但是可能需要自帶拖鞋和牙膏牙刷。再有就是這更像一個私人花園，雖然偶爾有飛機飛過的聲音，但是大部分時候都非常安靜。尤其是他們已經嘗試在裝載wifi了。而且酒店自備廚房，如果要使用也可以諮詢管家。英語溝通比較重要，但是有翻譯器估計問題不大。向大家推薦這家酒店。

This was our first stay in negambo when we arrive from jaffna. We came here through Reading the good reviews and we had a high expectations and this guest house was the best place we found for a short trip this time. We arrived early morning from jaffna and we have welcomed by one of the new staff Mr. Tharinthu. He was so friendly and show us the room, it was clean and had a good shower as well. The Auto uncle Mr. Sanjeewa was so helpful to us as well, which has been arranged throughout the guest house. The dinner was so delicious as well by the guest house which they given for offer price. We would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a modern air-conditioning unit. The location, nestled in a peaceful area near the airport, added to the overall convenience of my stay. I highly recommend this place for a great combination of good food, excellent service, and a quiet, airport-close location

West Dene est une grande maison au calme au fond d'une impasse, située au sud de Negombo, entre la voie de chemin de fer (station Kurana à 10mn à pied) et le lagon. Accueil très sympathique, propreté immaculée, grand confort de la chambre - pour ma part: petit espace salon, terrasse, frigo, aménités dans la salle de bain - et bien entendu la proximité de l'aéroport (considérant les horaires parfois peu pratiques des vols) font de ce B&B l'endroit idéal pour commencer ou terminer un voyage. J'ajouterai que le petit déjeuner Sri Lankais est délicieux et absolument pantagruélique (gros appétit nécessaire !), et que des vélos sont à disposition gratuitement pour aller se balader dans les alentours. Petite anecdote pour souligner la gentillesse des hôtes: devant mon inquiétude de ne pas avoir reçu les résultats du test PCR fait la veille, le monsieur a passé beaucoup de temps au téléphone afin de trouver le bon interlocuteur au laboratoire, et j'ai eu mon résultat dans les 5mn qui on suivi.

villa shade is located close to the airport and is perfect place to stay and adjust from long flight and jetlag for couple of days. Property is very tranqile, surounded with beutiful garden, native plants..very relaxing and with emphasis on sustainability that was not seen in other places we stayed on our 2 week trip. Host and staff werevery welcoming and available to help in any way wee needed, from aranging transportation to providing advise on site seeing. Food was fresh, tasty and local. Swimming pool was such a nice addition to the whole experience. Villa Shade provided best accomodation during our entire trip and is highly recommened as place to stay at the begining or end of the trip as it is such peacefull oasis close to the airport
