內黃縣城198元的酒店第一次不含早餐，估計酒店對自身的硬件很自信，有智能裝備、有大堂接待朋友，有星際酒店的排麪，但酒店服務標準像旅館：描述一下，到店辦入住期間，我問前台人員早餐情況，服務人員反問我，你定的你不知道！？（公司幫定確實不知道） ，第二天在酒店門口的地攤上吃的胡辣湯包子，第一回內黃住高端酒店吃不起早餐。次日退房，請前台開流水單（票攜程出）服務員説開不了，原因不知道你花了多少錢？….. 酒店空調一夜都沒開啟，我去調了很多遍，都沒有解決。第二天早起服務員説温度必須調到16度，我是正常的24-26高了，16度得多費電啊 。
