Excellent value for money. We had an overnight all inclusive stay last night. Due to a mistake I had made we were very grateful that Holly was on reception. She was patient, polite very helpful. Holly went out of her way so we could come up with a solution to the problem. Thank you Holly. The food & choice of menus very good. The waiting on staff were polite & efficient. We had a lovely Afternoon Tea, two course evening meal & breakfast. Debbie was overseeing breakfast. Debbie had a friendly greeting first thing and took charge of the self service buffet & orders for hot food with great efficiency. Thank you Debbie. The hotel has a lovely character & the lounge area is comfortable. It was clean & tidy. Plenty of parking. A great setting. Look forward to returning. Thank you all. Look forward to returning

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Higher Trapp on the all inclusive deal. This was our fourth visit. Staff on reception are excellent. The restaurant and bar staff are mostly very welcoming and personable. The food is varied and good. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. All in all a very good offer - great value and a lovely hotel.

Our room was lovely and light. We had a great stay at the Higher Trapp hotel. Our check-in was quick and easy and we were shown up to our room which was lovely and light.We had a wine tasting in our deal, think we confused the waiter as we only wanted to taste and guess country of origin on the red wine, not white. We were wrong on the origin but liked one of the wines that was from South Africa. Our meal that night was very nice and very varied. there were many places to visit nearby so we went to Clitheroe and Gawthorpe hall. Our next evening meal was lovely, with lots to choose from. Our breakfasts were both good and our server for both breakfasts was Debbie who was very friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time in the restaurant so we could watch many little birds and squirrels eating on the birdfeeder. I am sure we will return.

Arrived yesterday Wednesday 19 June for an overnight stay of bb and evening meal plus free bar 6-11pm. All members of staff excellent and helpful we would certainly return. Staff were preparing rooms for a wedding ceremony this afternoon Thursday and that looked wonderful

Our wedding at the higher trapp Hotel was nothing short of magical, and it was all thanks to the incredible team led by Megan and Kerris and team. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. Megan's and Kerris's organizational skills and eye for detail were evident in every aspect of the planning process. They made us feel at ease, handling our requests with grace and efficiency. On the day of the wedding, the entire staff exceeded our expectations. The venue looked breathtaking, the service was impeccable, and every team member was attentive and friendly. They worked seamlessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without a single worry. We are so grateful to Megan, Kerris, and the entire team for their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. They made our wedding day an unforgettable celebration of love, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality! Our 2nd time @ the Higher Trapp, on their all inclusive deal, this time we took our dog (his 1st time in a hotel). We were housed in the annex which was, as expected, very clean and comfortable. The staff were all lovely, Millie on reception was very helpful and made a fuss of the dog. The evening meal - served in the lounge where the dog was welcome - was very nice (although we just had a main meal and not the 2 courses offered with the deal). We then enjoyed a few drinks in the lounge with the dog by our side. Breakfast was a nice selection to choose from and served by a lovely chatty lady (sorry didn't get her name). We will be back and perhaps try the other hotels in the group

Stayed with my husband on the All inclusive deal. Food was amazing. Lovely service, all staff are super friendly. Holly on reception was so welcoming and explained the deal to us. Emily and Joe were so helpful and friendly down in the restaurant. A young girl who was working was also very friendly (sorry forgot her name). Gardens are so beautiful and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Trapp team!!

Me and my husband got married on the 10.05.24 at the beautiful HigherTrapp Hotel. It really was the most amazing day. The food was absolutely outstanding! The staff couldn’t have done any more for us and our guests they went above & beyond. I would like to thank Kerris & Megan for helping us plan out our special day, exceeding all our expectations. Emily our wedding coordinator for the day, you went above and beyond for us both and for that we’re truly grateful. Our day ran so smoothly so thankyou once again Emily.
