Great location ,very clean and tastefully fitted very friendly and professional staff, also nice to see is a big tv screen very rarely seen at other places we stayed Especially watching a live game of rugby( all blacks beating the boks) Very comfortable beds great linen and pillows we stayed in a twin poolside room with spabath and 2 double beds Highly recommended and at a great rate We looking forward staying here again

What a lovely complex and super close to the centre of Nelson, making walking to and from the property a breeze. We came over from Blenheim for 1 night to enjoy a special occasion and stayed in a poolside apartment upstairs which was very well appointed, had a super comfortable bed, was warm & light, with a balcony overlooking the pool which was perfectly placed for the sun and sitting outside to enjoy the evening. The sliding doors to the balcony meant we had a lovely breeze in the afternoon (the day was around 29deg!) and we loved the fact there was also a large picture window to the left of the room which let in lots of light making the apartment more spacious and open. The small kitchen had everything one needs, and the bathroom was lovely with all the extra touches such as the spa shower, the demisting mirror, gorgeous fluffy towels and it was great to see the 'Six For Good' handwash, lotion Dispensers etc (which are simply divine AND are made by Kiwi's for Kiwi’s supporting our Kiwi kids). Whilst we did not need the washing machine & dryer, great to see them available. I forgot my swimmers which was a shame because the pool is heated and was being used regularly by guests with really nice outdoor furniture by lying by the poolside. We also booked a carpark which was worth it to secure a space for the stay (otherwise first in first serve). Excellent customer service from Sascha and Denise who were both very welcoming and accommodating. Overall, we had a lovely stay, and the complex is very well looked after and sparkling clean,which shows the owners/managers care about quality for their guests + all the staff had smiles on their faces. We only wished we stayed another night but on our next trip over to Nelson, we will definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Checked in the hotel , had no acknowledgements , no welcomes no experience . Then simply just asked to pay straight while both of them sitting on phones probably facbook and snapchat . 200$ room a night we check in , air conditioner is dirty . The fridge has half eaten shrimps left stinking from Dont know when . Great start 800$ for this experience . Thanks hotel nelson but No thanks . Here with my damily my son , wife to show them a good time have a holiday and having a awful start already by The hotel nelson staff and room .

We have stayed here a few times , the staff are always very friendly & accommodating. Rooms are a little dated, but very clean , had everything we needed for our stay . It has a swimming pool . There is a lovely cafe & restaurant close by.The walkways , bike trails & beach are just across the park , it is such a lovely area & so close to everything .We had an upstairs room which looked over the park & out to the beach, wonderful views . Would Highly Recommend & will definitively be back

Das Zimmer war total sauber, gemütlich und doch sehr ruhig, obwohl das Hotel an einer größeren Straße liegt. Was aber herausragend war, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, die ein jeder gezeigt hat, wenn man Fragen hatte oder man zwischendurch mal was gebraucht hat. Am Abreisetag hat mich der Chef dann selbst nach Nelson City gefahren, damit ich rechtzeitig und bequem zu meinem Intercity Bus komme zu meiner Weiterreise. Allen nochmal vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!

Loved this motel!. I booked really late in the evening and the lovely owner was so welcoming despite turning up out of office hours!. Room was perfect, bed comfortable. Well thought out room. Privacy. Enjoyed the quiet, away from the road. Happy to recommend
