Не смотря на то, что интерьер номеров сильно не новый, муж обнаружил, что чувствует себя здесь Как дома! В соотношении ЦЕНА/КАЧЕСТВО, совокупность всего в отеле гораздо выше, чем заявленная цена! Нам понравилось! Вернемся сюда!

We have recently came back from a holiday of 5 people. I would rate the hotel a higher rating if I could, because our holiday was perfect. It was my first time staying at this hotel, but the other 4 people have stayed last year as well, and since they have enjoyed it so much they have decided to come back this year too. To start off with the staff, they were amazing, someone 24/7 around to help you regardless of where you were, either bar, restaurant, reception or housekeeping. Staff were friendly and approachable. Kitchen chefs coming outside and taking care of the food to look good and taste good, would talk with people to see how they are enjoying the food and would give a friendly and enjoyable time while having a meal. I was looking forward to our holiday long before coming to the holiday, as a montb prior I went on a cut knowing that I would eat a lot, and I did. Each meal, (lunch and dinner) I would have 2 plates of food and added dessert, because the food was amazing. Cooked fresh and nothing pre-heated from prior meals or prior days, as mentioned in some reviews. Multiple types of rice, chicken cooked in different spices, different types of fish and cooked in different ways, pork as well and many types of salads too. (Tend to mention that we had all-inclusive package, so we took advantage of that!). Bar staff always smiling and happy and attentative, and at some point they started remembering our drinks as well from coming that many times at the bar. While we was on the beach, housekeeping team would change our essentials in the room, fresh towels, bin bags, fresh linen on the beds, would air out the rooms for us to be fresh once we would be back. Reception team gave us a proper start to our holiday which led us to enjoy our stay from minute one. Even thought we haven’t requested our rooms to be together or on the same floor, the team tried to make our stay better by providing us with these options, however, 1 of the rooms wasn’t quite next to the others so 1 room got upgraded to a higher standard room, which was great (Rooms 402, 413, 418). Pool staff always happy and smiling and always helped us when we needed their help. Staff is the asset at this hotel, and they have made our holiday better, all praises to them and we are looking forward to coming next year as well!

I've had a wonderful 2 week stay at the Imperial . I arrived at the end of September All the facilities were operating and the hotel location couldn't have been more convenient. The main positives about this hotel: First of all it's location . The hotel is 3 mins walk to the beach , 10 mins walk to new nessebar , 25 Mins walk to the old town. Theres a bus stop just a few meters from the hotel that takes you to nessebar, sunny beach and Burgas . The food was amazing, always plenty to choose from I had beef,chicken,fish ,veil, rabbit and Bulgarian food they even had shrimps and shark on offer! The drinks are served in small plastic cups but I found them adequate as they were strong and tasty and they do allow you to order several drinks at the time also the bar staff are always friendly and helpful The managers were extremely helpful,If I had an issue they were there to resolve it straight away and with a smile..Special thanks to the general manager Alexander who made sure I was well looked after and to Rossita the restaurant manager who also took great care of me, other members of staff were also very helpful.thank you The cleaningness: my room was cleaned daily there's tea and coffee facilities in the room ,the cleaner was friendly and helpful The a la carter restaurants are excellent the customer service there was second to none. Food /drinks are available all day long till midnight On check out day my pick up time was 7.45 pm, check out was at 12 which is good and they let me use all the facilities till the evening Including breakfast lunch and drinks . I think this was awesome as not all hotels do this! You only miss dinner but I used the spa that day and the time went by easily and nicely. My recommendations to the hotel: There are unnecessary long queues for hot drinks, there were only 3 machines for the whole of the restaurant If you had more machines this would be easily solved My room was a park view room and there was a pub right below that row of rooms ,the noise from the pub can be quite loud up to 1 am , this did not bother me as my balcony faced directly to it and I just took part of the fun most days but it was very very loud on the nights I had to be in bed early to get up for day trips, secondary glassing would sort this issue . Overall my stay here was wonderful,the value for money was the best in the area for sure and I loved how promptly issues were resolved , great customer service. I would definitely be back again.thank you

The hotel is clean! The rooms have air conditioning. The spa is decent, only because everything in the spa seems to be from around 15-20 years ago as far as decor and comfort. The hotel location is near 2 very loud restaurants!!! Both of the restaurants have loud band and singers! They sing till 11:30 pm at night! You can even hear them on the 3rd floor with the windows closed! Makes it hard to sleep if you’re trying to go to bed before that time! They sing every night and if you dare to complain to the front desk be prepared to get yelled at by one of their managers and to be told that you just have to deal with it! Prior to making my reservation I had called to make sure it was quiet and serene experience, the front desk staff said that since this is a spa it’s very peaceful in the area! The exceptionally loud music from both of the nearby restaurants makes it a not very relaxing experience! Most of the staff is very pleasant and work hard to meet their guests needs except that one manager that yelled at me for asking if they can somehow accommodate me and my family due to the loud music!

This family hotel is very kind, clean and confortable. Very nice forniture,right price and good position. To enjoy Bar and Reastaurant was a truly good idea. Free parking. We organized a 2-day-conference in the hotel between 27th and 29th of September. You cannot fault it! TOP location. GREAT renovated rooms. BEAUTIFULL SPA and swimming pool. A GYM. The food was fantastic! A brilliant hotel manager - DIANA. The staff was fantastic - from the men working at the parking, to the receptionists, waiters very helpful (particularly Victoria), the cleaning staff. There is a bar/coffee shop in the hotel as well. Plenty of business halls... There was not even 1 bad think about our stay. Maybe the parking was a bit too expensive. Better park at the blue zone and send messages all day and it will be cheaper for you :D Overall experience - Fantastic!
