Hotel berhampiran Pi.gi. Sas, Nettuno

Viene pubblicizzato come un posto incantato, ma come location di soggiorno lascia alquanto a desiderare. Siamo tornati qui per il secondo anno, sperando di trovare dei miglioramenti ma così non è stato. Tralasciando i particolari dell’igiene nelle stanze, forse l’unica cosa che ancora si salva, con alcune riserve, è la piscina. Se hai dei villeggianti, dovresti dare almeno la possibilità di consumare acqua e caffè, invece puoi anche morire sotto il sole perché prima delle 12 il chiosco non apre. Una bambina si è ferita in acqua sul bordo interno della vasca, che risultava tagliente a causa delle maioliche staccate. Parlando della colazione, quello che ci si aspetta essere il momento di massima coccola da parte di una struttura, viene deluso per la presenza di una unica persona a servizio che si alterna tra bancone e una decina di tavoli presenti in sala. Chiaramente i tempi di attesa sono snervanti. La qualità anche scesa, 3 tipi di torte ma niente di eccezionale, soprattutto un po’ buttate lì senza etichetta che ne descrivessero gli ingredienti. Sabato sera ecco che spunta l’evento esterno di turno. 18esimo compleanno con tanto di Dj, musica, balli, canti e fuochi d’artificio… il tutto nella piazzetta interna adiacente agli appartamenti. Chiedo ragguagli alla reception, ma la risposta è stata che loro non c’entravano nulla con gli eventi! Replico, quindi chi tutela gli ospiti degli alloggi, dato che poi alle 21 chiudete anche il servizio? Alla fine siamo usciti per un giro nei dintorni per evitare discussioni, ma al nostro rientro (24:45) erano ancora in corso i festeggiamenti, a cui poi sono seguiti i saluti, risate e sbattimento di portiere. Parliamo ancora di resort incantevole dove trascorrere vacanze immersi nel totale relax?

The view from the balcony is amazing...being right on the beach is such a convenience, especially with small children. There are quite a few steps to go down (good workout!) and there's a nice bar with food & drinks halfway down. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool because you have to pay extra (8 euros a day) but that's ok because the sea is crystal clear and clean...really great! We brought our own umbrella and didn't use the beach loungers available (weren't sure if you could just take them or not). But beach is small and not too overcrowded. Nice swimming, good walk to other beaches with beach bars. The room is small and simple and the main building is a very outdated but for the price/location it's a great deal! It takes 5 minutes by car to arrive at the center of Anzio...full of restaurants and a cute piazza with lots of people. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking right across the street. Plus if you need the parking along the beach is free too. We will be back!

We stayed at this lovely little hotel for 10 nights. We chose Serpa because it gives excellent access to Rome, only an hour away by train from the nearby station Marechiaro. British visitors will be astonished at the low fares and efficient service that Trenitalia offers. We recommend using Trainline to book tickets. Travel into Anzio town and nearby Nettuno is also easy on the local buses, and there’s plenty to see and do. We thoroughly recommend the two beachhead museums and the Anglo-US cemeteries are well worth a visit. It pays to download the free Cotral app to get real-time bus schedules. Practicalities aside, we were very pleased with the service Serpa provides. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the sea view from the balcony rooms is commanding. The aircon is free and very efficient; there are abundant charging points; the shower is excellent; plenty of storage space, and the bed was comfortable with linen changed every day. Our only criticism is that the Wi-Fi signal is patchy and sometimes erratic, especially if you are outside. Breakfast is served in a dedicated area, and though not sumptuous, the fare on offer is varied and tasty with excellent fresh coffee on request. The reception staff are also extremely helpful (our thanks to Carlotta, Ryan, Paul and Bernadette for their superb service.) Serpa does not have a pool or a bar, although you can order drinks at Reception and add the bill to your room tab. There’s a small supermarket up the hill about 10 minutes away, and a variety of eateries within easy walking distance. So if you are planning to lap up the delights of Rome, or maybe explore the history of the 1944 Anzio landings, Serpa Hotel will not disappoint.

Mi sono trovato bene in questo hotel del lungomare, per un weekend di coppia. Camera moderna, bagno un pochino piu datato ma nel complesso funzionale, ho apprezzato il balconcino e la posizione, e la grande gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Ottimo anche il ristorante annesso all'hotel.

Residence in posizione strategica tra Pomezia e il litorale, molto accogliente: camera ampia con cucina attrezzata, molto pulita, silenziosa e tranquilla. Letto comodo, bagno con diversi prodotti per toilette (shampoo, doccia schiuma e saponette) e biancheria pulitissima. La reception chiude alle 21, ma viene fornito il telecomando per accesso al parcheggio privato. Disponibile distributore di bevande calde e fredde nella hall. Ci siamo trovati molto bene
