面對大湖，湖上還有遊艇，景色十分宜人，周邊也有非常方便的旅遊小火車，轉一圈45分鐘可以到高處鳥瞰整個小鎮

這家酒店最大的優點就是隔音效果一級棒！週末有城市活動日，我知道外面是極為吵鬧的，但我不怎麼能聽到聲音。另外，有中國的插座，不用轉換插頭，總之，雖然貴點，但性價比很高。

Excellent located. Very friendly service. Bar at the roof always a visit worth. Neuchâtel is a small very charming town with many charming restaurants.. Possibilities to visit hidden places in the environment (Jura) and of course the lake.

The hotel is located in an obvious place on the shore of the lake, there is a high-quality restaurant, the rooms are clean, cozy and delightful. It is also important that the hotel staff is very helpful, benevolent and knowledgeable. The breakfast is worth having, it is tasty and has a good selection.

Great location and view (weather allowing), rooms are OK but noisy and the reservation service was amateurish. Without understanding anything, one still hears TV and conversations through the walls and can tell when neighbors are enjoying their time in bed. We booked a TWIN room directly with Best Western and got an immediate confirmation for a TWIN room. We then sent a separate mail to get a parking slot at the hotel and got a polite confirmation for it. However when we got there we were first allocated a DOUBLE room (no twin beds) and told that space in the garage was uncertain. When I said I had specifically booked and received confirmation for TWIN + parking, the receptionist said our reservation showed no trace of a TWIN specification. He juggled a few tings and in the end everything worked out fine but this is not a professional service when the customer even received written confirmation for what he asked.

The facility is lovely, the views are stunning, and the staff have become family. Location is convenient, the town is wonderfully full of places to visit and things to do, and the Lake Side restaurant is the perfect place to relax with friends and review the day.

Beautiful hotel in the very best location. Rooms are newer and relatively nice, the balcony with the view of the harbor and the lake is absolutely fantastic. Nice restaurant and wonderful roof terrace in the house. We had a very nice stay and would stay here again at any time.

Excellent restaurant right by the lake ! Comfortable and spacious rooms but would have preferred normal bathroom door rather than the sliding glass door. No parking but cheap outdoor public parking very close. Close walk to a pretty old town.

the most warm and friendly welcome at the reception makes the stay starting nice . rooms are nice but will need an update soon : carpet floors and some furnitures are marked by the time . restaurant is with nice lake view and good quality food and great service . during summertime its a bit noticable that there are rooftop parties wich ends up in a little noisy atmosphere in the rooms / suite . very nice is the walking distance to the center of town and the lakeview of course .

Given the price point, quite disappointed with the overall presentation and quality of this hotel. It feels a little dated in places and it seemed a lot was either under renovation (the main restaurant) or didn't work (multiple elevators out of service at various points of the day). The breakfast was good and nicely presented with a great backdrop of the lake.

We come quite often to the Beaulac and since few months we have to admit that the new Area Manager Giuseppe has made a huge difference to the environment and the vibes of the Waves Rooftop 7th floor. His attitudes and way of treating the clients is invaluable and we always feel welcomed and looked after. Thank you Giuseppe for this special treatment you reserve to us!!!
