Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service !! I love this hotel so much . The receptionist knew that I am solo traveller this time . They suggested me lot of useful trips for one day traveling in Goreme town.like restaurant, cafe , sightseeing points.trip.com showed wrong check in and trip out time . I arrived at the hotel around 11am . After small talk with me, they allowed me to early check in . Not to mention that the hotel design is fantastic with very nice swimming pool . I jumped into the swimming pool this morning after finishing my breakfast buffet. The swimming pool water is very cool but it let me have refreshing morning. Thank you so much. Very sweet . I got the gift from hotel when sending me back to the airport and I will remember you guys -enthusiastic services and this hotel ! So happy to stay in here .

Göreme/Nevşehir görmeyi çok istediğimiz bir yerdi ve bu kadar iyi vakit geçireceğimizi hiç düşünmemiştim. Otel sabah erken saatlerde gelmemize rağmen bize oda konusunda hemen yardımcı oldu ve o buz gibi havada o kadar yoldan sonra tertemiz sıcacık odada 3 gün vakit geçirmek inanılmaz güzeldi. Çalışanlar genel olarak çok tatlı samimi ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltıda seçenekler çok fazla ve inanılmaz lezzetliydi. Çok memnun kaldık. Hem de konum olarak çok güzel. Restoranlara gün içerisinde gezilecek yerlere oldukça yakın. Biz yürüme mesafesinde olmasından da çok memnun kaldık. Biz bir tanıdık aracılığı ile gitmiştik ve oda tercihimiz konusunda da çok yardımcı olmuşlardı. Ve yine olsa yine bu otelde kalırız. Herkese tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.

景觀很不錯，就在烏希奇薩爾城堡下面，步行幾分鐘可達，天氣好可以看到遠方的埃爾吉耶斯火山，距離格雷梅小鎮也就幾公里路程。房間設施不錯，早餐對於中國人來説，比較尷尬，品種雖然多但是不合中國胃。

The host is super warm and always welcome with a smile. It was quite late at night while we were searching for some wine options with snacks; we stumbled upon La Vie rooftop. We got Turkish wine with fresh potato chips and many varieties of dry fruits. It was chilly and the owner was kind enough to provide us some rugs to keep ourselves warm. He had given us some souvenirs too. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying at Uchisar. I think they have great accommodation too (we were not staying here but looking at the arrangements it might be worth a try).

We had a really comfortable stay at Lunas Cappadocia! Mr. Kerim and his brother were so kind, attentive, communicative, and honest. We greatly appreciated the accommodations made for allowing us to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. He kindly checked tour prices for us, made recommendations, called taxis, etc. The hotel is a bit far but still within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from main attractions in Uchisar. The area is really quiet and relaxing, and the locals are friendly. The room was cozy and sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was good, and the view of the Uchisar castle, though far, is beautiful. We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet stay and attentive customer service!

Avanos’da kalınabilecek düzgün otellerden. Hiilton kalitesi özellikle de otelin ve odaların dizaynında hissediliyor. Odaların büyüklüğü, konsepti ve konforu iyi; ancak biraz eskimiş, biraz renovasyon çok daha iyi olmasını sağlar. Kahvaltı gayet iyi. Havuz ve SPA kullanmadım ama fena fena gözükmüyordu...

Genel anlamda güzeldi,kahvaaltı daha iyi olabilirdi,ürünlerin üstü kapalı olmaması beni rahatsız etti

The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

- The hotel has a unique style of exotic architecture and, it’s all made from cave. - It’s a good experience once in a life time, to try to sleep in a cave. Specially if you have kids or honeymooners. Although, I was a solo traveler but, I love it. - Day one was a bit scared my room was number (1) which is the oldest cave and, big&wide for one person. After knowing it goes back to more than 11,000 years ago. I felt am sleeping inside the history. - Hotel is a family business hotel, I met nice girls Sarah in the cooking class & Shaimaa sweet girl at the reception. - Everyone here very friendly and attentive, they can communicate in English the youngest employees. But, they are all extremely helpful. - Hotel can arrange pick up and drop off, as well as, private taxi to be transported anywhere around. - Location: it’s around (19-mins to Goreme city) Shaimaa helped a lot. - I booked tours and Turkish bath from the hotel . They also manage my transport to most of places I visit. - Breakfast: The entire food is organic and fresh from their farm. The hotel buffet have wide variates of olives that melts into your mouth. They sell home made tomatoes for cooking and various types of James. - Cooking class: if you like to interact with tourist, as well as, learn about Turkish food to take it back with you to your country that’s right place to go even if you will not stay at the hotel due to over bookings. We stayed for 6 nights as part of a 16 day visit to Turkey, 4 nights in a premium room and 2 in a cave suite. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable even if the pillows were not. . The room was initially cold but warmed up with the addition of a blanket and an electric fire. The cave suite was a wonderful experience and we were glad we changed. Much more atmosphere even if the plumbing is a little tired. The breakfast buffet was excellent even for vegetarians and vegans, all of the waiters were friendly and gave excellent service. The anatolia restaurant had a very wide choice of dishes even if some dishes were not actually available every day. It was quite expensive if you chose to eat animal protein, Bilal the chef always did his best to ensure that you ate a hearty meal. Again all of the waiters were friendly and did their best to understand our strange foreign requests. A lovely, friendly place.
