I stated with my family & friends for 2 nights on 22nd July. There was no hot water in the room and nobody bothered to rectify it and just 12 hrs before check out they are offering a room change which didn't make any sense...so thru out the stay we had to struggle with COLD WATER. The breakfast was the worst ever seen in Crowne Plaza anywhere in the world. There was no variety, and the restaurant looked dead with no staff ...so it is almost self-service ghost town. Same scenario at the rooftop restaurant, so I guess people who stayed in other hotels in Cappadocia were sensible. The worst was the staff at the front office, particularly the lobby manager and night manager, who were rude and arrogant. There is a serious problem with the management of the hotel, and more importantly, they have tarnished the brand Crowne plaza for me as I would NOT STAY AGAIN.

Odada ki mobilyaları dökülüyor oda havasız çünkü cam yok var ama kuş yuvası kadar ve tavanda açma şansınız yok.....odaya kül tablası konmuş ve bende resepsiyonu arayıp sigara içiliyor sanırım odada dedim çocukta evet ama mecbur kalmazsanız içmeyin dedi 😆 bunca yıllık turizmciyim gerçekten bu kadar amatör ve döküntü bir otel görmedim. Çok otelde kaldım Kapadokya da ama en kötüsü burası idi maalesef 😔 normalde sgl oda almıştım ama akşam nişanlım geleceğini söyledi ve resepsiyona bilgi verdim fiyat farkı olacağını tabi ki biliyorum:)) sabaha karşı nişanlım balona binmeye gitti sabah çıkış yaparken extra kişi farkını odeyeyim dedim adamlar dbl oda farkı almak yerine benden artı bir sgl oda parası daha aldılar yani supplementten de haberleri yok neyse ödedim çıktım bir daha asla kalmam ve tavsiye etmiyorum asla 🤬 paranıza yazık.Temizlik konusunda da sınıfta kaldı çünkü banyoda ki kalorifer peteği ve tuvalet kağıtlığı toz içinde idi 😐 yorumları kesinlikle okuyun ben okumadım ve pişman oldum burayı bulduğuma daha iyi oteller var bölgede inanın. Giriş esnasında dikkatimi çeken komik bir hususta orada çalışan bayan patron olduğunu düşündüğüm bir beye lobide kendini övüyordu ha bunda bişey yok yok tabi sadece Osmanlıca bildiğini söylediğini duydum ve ilginç geldi 😆neyse otelde Osmanlıları ağırlar artık 😉😉😉

My husband and I visited Cappadocia as part of our honeymoon travels. The staff were all very friendly. Burak and Serendiz were helpful with everything from the time we arrived. They ensured we were comfortable and all our needs were met - they provided outstanding customer service! Upon our arrival we were welcomed with breakfast and were given a room to freshen up in whilst the room we booked was being prepared since we had arrived earlier than expected, this was a really nice gesture that we very much appreciated. Not only were Receptions extremely kind, they treated us as though we were their good friends which made our stay even better! I highly recommend Love Bells Cappadocia to all those who want to experience staying in a cave - the rooms are amazing! We had the honour of staying in two different rooms, one was the Afrodit room which has a pool in it. Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures in there we only have videos. However we also stayed in the Helen Room and you can see some pictures of the room attached. The detail of the carvings in the cave are fascinating! We are very happy with the service we received including the amazing breakfast which we really enjoyed during our stay. Thank you to all the staff and a special thanks to Burak and Serendiz. Additionally, the location of the hotel is good as it is around a 5-10 minute drive away from Göreme centre. We will definitely be recommending Love Bells to our friends and family.

What makes this place special? It’s the staff, they are very friendly and helpful! Superb customer service with extra mile! They’re like a family! I was greeted by Barlas upon checking in. He was very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable. He can also arrange tours for you especially if you have just arrived and do not know what to do. Just relax and he will help you out. Barlas had superb customer service skills and the staff were great too! Octai is one of their long time staff, very funny guy who is very helpful too! Pilar is one of their staff who can’t speak English but he smiles a lot and does his best to speak with you. He is really trying hard which I appreciate. Nick is one of their new staff, relatively new but very good too. I was staying in one of their stone rooms and Barlas was kind enough to change my room for about 2 days so I could experience their cave rooms at least. Lovely cave rooms! An experience for sure!!! I know some of you might be thinking that this hotel is far from the center but the staff are just amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet and you can ask for a taxi which costs about 220 tl which is not bad but if you are on a tight budget you might have to consider this. But mind you their rates are cheaper than the hotels in Goreme which compensates for the taxi and if you go for tours, some tours includes pick up for example, red tour, green tour and hot air balloon, they know some good companies and Barlas would gladly answer whatever questions that you have!
