I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. I wouldn’t have seen the best of Cairo without the help of their amazing navigator named Abdo. He was very helpful in every way!!! Thumbs up Abdo and thank you so much! Looking forward to visiting your hotel soon.

The whole experience was great during our visit to El Cairo at the Dusit hotel. The facilities and assistance were excellent at all time. However, the most remarkable service was the dinner at the international food restaurant. It had good quality-price balance and the waiters Mostafa, Magdy and Adham were really pleasant. Thank you!

المكان حقا رائع للغايه الاستقبال والخدمه اكثر من رائعه احب اشكر مستر محمد حسني في المطعم الرئيسي علي حسن المعامله سعدنا في كل حاجه كانت اول زياره ليه بس اكيد مش هتبقا الاخيره اول ما انزل القاهره اكيد هكون هناك شكرا سلسله فنادق تريومف علي هذا المجهود الرائع

The hotel is very good and really it exceeds my expectations, a very good experience the stuff is very helpful, everything is good , only one thing i have to comment in which is the room isolation is very bad u can clearly hear any whisper in the next room & for sure they can too , so please try to manage this Other thing that made me give them 4 points out of five that the electricity has gone for 2 hours from the 24 hours we are staying 😑

This hotel is beautiful and breathtaking! It has an amazing pool and restaurants. However it is far from city center, it’s about 30-40 minutes away by taxi. It is a great spot for a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a couple days. The staff was super helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable!

فندق ممتاز جدا وهادي وبعيد عن ضوضاء وسط القاهرة سكنت فيه بعد ما قضيت اكثر من اسيوع في وسط القاهزة اشكر شخص بالاستقبال اتوقغ اسم محمد عطاني افضل من غرفتي الي حجزتها عطاني امام المسبح مباشرة واشكر بالاخص الاخ فهد كمال في قسم خدمة الغرف شخص نفسه طيبه جدا وشخص محترم يخدمك مثله يخليك ترجع تسكن في الفندق مره ثانيه الله يحفظه
