A comfort and cozy hotel to stay in Delhi. Staffs super helpful. Just need to improvise in breakfast. Surely recommended to others.

Nice and very welcoming, prompt and polite service by the staff right from the reception to room services, food to cab arrangements, everything was dealt with care. Very affordable as well. A must stay next time whenever in Delhi.........

Hotel is comfortable for business travellers. Internet speed is good. Good breakfast in morning. Food is delicious at restaurant. Restaurant ambience is good. Reception and house keeping Staffs are helpful. Bed linens are new. Clean bathroom with amenities.Highly recommend.

Very helpful and couteousy staffs. Comfortable stay and good food. Room is of good quality. Buffet is small but sufficient and wholesome. Very near to airport and metro, so easy to commute. A little inside from highway which saces from traffic noise.

Room is okay but very basic and a bit dingy. Has no windows, no utilities like a watercooker and it doesn’t come with a complementary bottle of water. The room and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The bedsheets and chairs were stained, not very clean-looking, plus there was lots of dust in the room. Communication with the hotel went very poorly, the desk staff wasn’t so friendly and the ***ager not accommodating at all. I pre-ordered a taxi two days in advance, to get from the airport to the hotel, and they forgot to book it. After I contacted them because there was no taxi, they booked a new one but it took very long and I ended up waiting outside the airport for 1,5 hours. When I arrived in the hotel they still made me pay the full amount for the pick-up which to me seems super inappropriate. They offered nothing to co****sate, after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation clearly they didn’t seem to care. Someone from the staff knocked wrongly at my door at midnight, waking me up while I was trying to get some sleep before my 3AM flight. I don’t know why because I put up a ‘non-disturb’ sign. The hotel was not quiet at all. People were running down the hallway, talking very loudly in the lobby and playing music/watching tv on high volume. Doors were being slammed closed in the middle of the night. On the positive side, the food was decent. To me the overall price was too high for what I got in return, but at least the hotel was close to the airport. I would advise the staff to pay more attention to what they’re doing and taking better, friendlier care of the customers. The staff seemed highly incompetent. I chose this hotel to get some rest during my long layover, I would not advise anyone to choose this hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfortable; it is near the airport; it will take 10 minutes to get to Delhi airport from the hotel; they also provide me with a complimentary breakfast; and the staff is professional. We recommend this hotel in low cost options.

Excellent besr service,dinner menu to be improved,staff are very cardial and well beheaved we are very mich satisfied amiyance also good net and clean frount views needs improvement .rooms are well furnished few more utility items are needed over aĺll is good

The room is great. Wish we had more time staying here. The room and the bath are great. We stay for a little time since we are transitting here to Srinagar. Hopefully the services and the room will be much better. The hospitality is awesome. Thank you.
