The location is great if you need to stay close to the airport. The rooms are decent, though some are better than others. The hotel could pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but the rooms themselves are comfortable enough, with good mattresses and air conditioning. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is better suited to experienced travellers on smaller budget than to first-time visitors.

I really like to stay in this hotel. Located in Mahipalpur, it's really good place to stay if you need something near the airport. I keep on coming there for many years. They have different types of rooms, but generally all rooms are in good condition. Bathroom is okay, could be better, but still it's good enough, no issues. For it's price, the quality of stay is always good.

Staff are very rude they always look at you in a bad way when you ask them something theie is people doing work it's a lot of noise you cannot sleep in peace this is definitely the last time im booking this hotel

The hotel staff was extremely disappointing—I don’t even know where to begin. I called the front office twice to complain that my sleep was being disturbed because the housekeeping staff or other workers were making a lot of noise in the corridor, almost like children playing in the streets. Despite informing them, the noise continued. I stayed at the hotel for two days, but I didn’t even receive a tea kettle on the first day. Only after calling again on the second day was it finally provided to my room. The staff behavior was also very rude. Whenever I approached the front office for any query, they responded in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel. Even after calling multiple times, my sleep kept getting disturbed due to the constant noise outside. At one point, I spoke to someone who seemed like a supervisor or manager from housekeeping and requested them to reduce the noise. However, their response was, “This much is normal, sir.” This is simply unacceptable. When guests are paying for a stay, they expect comfort and peace, not disturbance and rude service.

Food was good. The staff wants extra fee's. Staff was friendly though

Not a great experience for my 1st night in India. Shower room was awful. Bed seemed comfy enough. Menu was awful so I ate toast. Ask for black tea, no milk no sugar. First time I got white tea so they brought me another. Black but had sugar in it. I gave up then and checked out to another hotel.

I found it nice as a solo traveler, I won’t be suggesting for couple or family. 5/10
