Ulasan Airport Hotel Classic Park

Worst experience, ****** hotel. I booked for the hotel and payed for it in advance. After reaching the hotel, they sent me to a sister hotel which was very dirty, un hygienic, broken doors and dirty beds. Mind you, I booked this hotel three days in advance and I kept in touch with the manager on WhatsApp app throughout my journey. Unfortunately they didn’t even let me reach the hotel I booked, they just sent me to some hotel. I slept outside, got sick and currently I am on treatment because it was cold considering it’s winter in India now. You can have a look at the pictures of the room they wanted me to sleep in.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this secure and quiet place. Staff was helpful and accommodated our requests, they also provided clear directions about how to reach and check in. The place was clean, facilities and services delivered what they promised.

Very clean rooms, the location is great, the staff was very helpful, kind and nice and they serve different breakfast every day (some food is very tasty other could improve but you can enjoy it anyway) We would definitely book this hotel again if we go to Delhi.. Thanks A so much!

The staff, especially in the restaurant, was super friendly and helpful in every way. Certain staff in the front office went out of their way to be helpful. That was much appreciated.

I really liked the hotel staff and services. Unlike other places in New Delhi. They don't cheat and ask for extra money. Room was very spacious. It was worth the money. You can stay here alone or with your friends. They have room service available. I ordered food at 3 AM. It came in proper time and the quality was good as well. Bathroom , showers, soap, wifi . They have all aminities This place is 6 to 7km nearby airport. So i would recommended people to book their stay here.

Just awesome, everything perfect. Clean, great hospitality. Late checkout at 1pm. Breakfast good, various menu and kids friendly. Would recommended this Hotels to others.

Room was good and location was near Airport

The rating is not true. The photos are completely untrue. There were no repairs there in 2024. Only for those who need the cheapest place.

I would say okay because there is nothing special around and it is not organized, so neither me nor my friends liked it.

The rooms is big and clean. The toilet is also very good. The food was very good and the food tasted very good. very fast service. Very very good. Very close to airport.

The staff was polite and very helpful always willing to assist with any request we had the location is also excellent
