The hotel is close to the airport and the reception boy is helpful and friendly and the room is good and clean

Horrible experience, super dirty hotel and rooms. The pictures are not real. To be avoided with any price! My fiance and I couldn't bear the dirt so we left the hotel, we asked for a refund via the Trip app, but the hotel has a no refund policy, therefore we lost our money, fortunately we didn't book too long. I have attached pictures for reference. Sadly, many hotels in Delhi don't know how to manage a business.
