Ulasan Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity New Delhi

This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport. We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier. Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries,kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good. Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

A reasonable 5 star hotel to stay when you are going to India for business. It is near to the airport however far from the city centre. Do take note of that. Amenities are pretty standard. The food selection however is rather limited but it is acceptable. Rooms are clean.

Booked an Uber to get there. The start was not very good Driver said I would need 50 ruppie to pay for parking or something for the hotel at the door. At the gate, I didn't have any Indian ruppie cash with me, so I gave him $1 usd. He wasn't happy but no other choice. Had no idea what it was about. Arrived and checked in early. The receptionist asked me to sit and wait for 5 mins. I waited for nearly an hour and finally decided to come and asked. The room was ready long ago. He just totally forgot about me. Saw a lady staff just walked around asking and leading other customers to the desk (kinda useless since she couldn't do checking in). At least, welcoming drink would be nice.( we saw drinking tap and wondering should we asked for it) The room was good size. Clean and tidy. No bathrobe. Nice breakfast and dinner. A lot of security to get back to the hotel every time. Kinda good and bad at the same time. Restaurants and shops next door on the left (walking to Aerocity shop)

Good location near airport and mall. Good breakfast spread too.

A great place to stay when exchanging flights. The hotel team is really great. Very attentive and polite. No wish (and we had some...) remained unanswered. Pool, Spa and Gym: SUPER!

Nice breakfast, the room is big and the cleanliness is good.

So bad experience when we reach that time they don’t have the room which we need the connecting, and after that in the same floor, they given the lower room and in the room having this smell of paint and they are not going to corporate also. After that, they given the room that also not OK. So my experience is so bad. I never suggest the people to stay there.

Clean and comfy room. Enjoy staying 3 nights here.

Overall, a reliable, comfortable stay with great hospitality, though pricing can be on the higher side.

The hotel is definitely not a five star hotel. The rooms smell and are dirty.

Its a quite experience staying at Pride Plaza Hotel. Room is clean, request what you want and it will be provided. Staff are friendly and location is quite good. There is gym, swimming pool and nearby there is a mini shopping mall that have foods and pub to chill during the night. Will stay there again if im back to Delhi.

Large hotel with good amenities and friendly and very helpful staff, but food is overpriced (for India) there are signs of tear and wear on walls and carpets (not ideal in India) and the room A/C has and incredibly strong smell of mold, so much that I had to change initially allocated room for another one after check-in (both on the 5th floor) that smelled too but a little less. Re-filled bottled (tap) water in rooms instead of complimentary mineral water ones is unbecoming for a 5 star hotel.
