Always a pleasure to stay at the Taj on ***singh Road. Our home away from home. Exceptional service and amazing restaurants. The new wine bar is amazing. Staff is exceptional people like ***sii Verma, Kavita Arora and far too ***y to name are responsible for a consistently amazing stay. The housekeeping staff is excellent and anticipates our needs. Highly recommended.

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

This restaurant named Le Belvedere in Le Meridien had awesome food and excellent service. Our server was Rahul, who did an amazing service and gave us a good experience. The desert Crème Brûlée was also so yummy. We will most definitely come back!!!!!!!……

The hotel.is fantastic, the staff is super friendly and very prompt in dedicating all attentions. Ford- reataurants, room service - is good but in my opinion overpriced, buffet was I think expensive.

Upon arrival at 2am we were taken to our ‘heritage’ room. Having booked a twin bedded room through a UK tour operator we had room 148 .. dark and not very inviting. Bearing in mind it was 2am, we showered and went to bed. The hotel did not have much to offer us in the way of twin bedded rooms, but room 254 which we were told is the same category, was far better. Brighter, it felt larger and had a separate shower to the bath, unlike 148. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay. All the staff were helpful and polite. Swimming pool was very much needed after after our morning sightseeing. Breakfast is very good with an excellent omelette chef. We tried all 3 restaurants, enjoying our meals.

Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.

Hotel Excepcional! Um Oásis, com muito verde no meio da Caótica nova Delhi. Hotel realmente 5 estrelas, excelente atendimento padrão OBEROI, cordialidade de todos os funcionários o tempo todo do check in ao check out, instalações super modernas e funcionais, e decoração de extremo bom gosto. I stayed for three nights here and had a wonderful time. This boutique hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds but also within walking distance of historical sites such as the gate, Humayun's Tomb and the Lodhi gardens. A short car ride will take you to ***y more attractions and landmarks. Akshardham is two miles away, although traffic should be taken into account. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable and I was always able to get a good night's sleep. Room service and the food were good, I enjoyed their Hyderabadi biryani. What stood out the most though was the hospitality given. The staff here was very inviting and attentive, especially Sweta at the front desk who was helpful in recommending where and when to go for anything. I also had the privilege of meeting the owners, who were very kind and informative, and they told me that this hotel was newly reopened and were looking to build business back up. I wish them all the best and if ever I'm back in New Delhi, I'll definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Bloomrooms Janpath for four nights as a starting point for a four week stay in India. The location was handy to shopping and dining at Connought place. Accommodation was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and was very good. There were snacks and cold drinks available on each level foyer as a part of the stay. No fridges in the rooms. Would stay again if in Delhi.

The Hans looked central and a but classical online. I chose it for its location. Staff was pretty forthcoming, they let me check in early but the room they gave me wasn't the one I booked (it was smaller). After checking I was changed to a bigger one, the one I originally booked. In general the hotel is old, woodwork is worn, walls had ***y suitcases banged into them, towels washed too ***y times. Also windows need a deep clean. Delhi is a harsh city to run a hotel. Hotel is fine for a night or what but is in need of some TLC

The property is really mismanaged, instances to reflect it: Check in at the Hotel followed by the receptionist saying that they entered my details as without breakfast and cannot change it.... Some days at the breakfast buffet have to coordinate the communication between reception and them for the same Used towel is taken but no new towel placed.... Coffee sachets on next day not placed..... Toilet paper also has to be asked for when done Everyday at buffet idli and wada is placed without chutney and u have to tell the waiter there to get it which can take a lot of time If something gets over at the breakfast buffet it's not replaced until a customer asks for Also a lot of the interior work is not fully done... Been hidden using flashy stuff..... Kept rating as 2 because of the good overall management of the group.... Where they have an app which at least is prompt in answering customer complaints

We needed a place to rest and repack before our flight. Being from the United States, we were not sure we would find a place. Mr. Vinod Kumar was excellent in accommodating us at the last minute. We had lunch there also. The room was clean and very well appointed for the price! The food was excellent and clean. The espressos were also the best I've had in India and better than the Leela in Delhi! Actually better than any Starbucks as well! When we return to Delhi, we will be back to stay a while!
