Excellent hotel with excellent location . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips . Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again lalit hotel for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

The hotel is the closest to the airport only 10 mn drive so it s very convenient for long layovers. The staff is friendly and efficient. The swimming pool is clean nice and lovely the room is bright quiet and clean This hotel is used also by the air hostess and staff of airlines like indigo

Great location near Connaught place. Comfortable hotel with a nice pool, unfortunately food and drinks are not allowed by the pool so it’s not an area for relaxing just for swimming which was a shame as the pool itself is really nice. The bar wasn’t open a lot of the time and the restaurant was quite soulless. All in all an adequate stay with staff doing their best but not very efficiently run by ***agement it felt. Breakfast a good selection. Restaurant quite expensive comparatively to other places. Felt like a premier inn type stay rather than a hotel, we could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same money.

Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. It is very nice to experience such hospitality. Roseatte ***agement should be very proud of these assets in their organization. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. Our Gratitude.

This hotel is very clean and neat, but it is also an enjoyable experience. From the breakfast and dining area to the lobby everything is very enjoyable and eye pleasing. The people involved are very respectful and welcoming especially the security guards in the front. Special thanks to Vishal for being a great server. From Kannan and Family.

Mereka mempunyai perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dan pengurus bilik kami Mr Prakash sangat jujur dan membantu mencari telefon saya yang salah tempat. Kami banyak menikmati bar & kafe luar dan kolam renang. Mereka mempunyai restoran Sevilla yang sangat bagus yang menyajikan makanan lezat. Kami akan kembali! Visiting first time in pride.. Good 5star property.. spacious room with good quality of amenities.. ac cooling was good .. guest relation riya treat there guest like there family member beautiful smile.. stallion bar was fabulous

The hotel.is fantastic, the staff is super friendly and very prompt in dedicating all attentions. Ford- reataurants, room service - is good but in my opinion overpriced, buffet was I think expensive.

I felt happy with their excellent choice of Menu and courtesy extended by the Staff. The arrival was smooth and hassle free. The house keeping was good and all staff were very courteous and proactive. Thank You

Upon arrival at 2am we were taken to our ‘heritage’ room. Having booked a twin bedded room through a UK tour operator we had room 148 .. dark and not very inviting. Bearing in mind it was 2am, we showered and went to bed. The hotel did not have much to offer us in the way of twin bedded rooms, but room 254 which we were told is the same category, was far better. Brighter, it felt larger and had a separate shower to the bath, unlike 148. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay. All the staff were helpful and polite. Swimming pool was very much needed after after our morning sightseeing. Breakfast is very good with an excellent omelette chef. We tried all 3 restaurants, enjoying our meals.
