Location was decent as far as closeness to activities in the French quarter and bourbon street, not safe to walk in this area at night however. Parking was a nightmare, and valet is expensive and takes awhile to arrange. Nobody was at the front desk at the time we checked in and it was very difficult to reach anyone to come check us in, which was very upsetting after traveling all day with 3 kids carrying all our luggage a block away. I called the number twice and the person said they would be there "soon", which ended up being 20 minutes later. Hotel room wasn't correct as it didn't have enough beds like I reserved and nobody was able to fix it but we just made it work because the front desk people were so hard to reach and get answers from. Room was only stocked with 2 towels (weird since the room was supposed to sleep 5) and we had to ask for more several times. The property and room was decently clean, but it's apparent they used the absolute cheapest items possible to furnish the room. All in all, stay was OK, but I wouldn't stay here again. Honorable mention to the one guy who helped us with parking who was very kind to us and our situation, but that was a one-off thing.
