The accommodation, while contemporary in its appointments and otherwise conducive to comfort, was marred by the constant mechanical drone emanating from the malfunctioning ceiling fan. The front desk's revelation that a previous occupant had registered a similar grievance raised questions about the establishment's operational protocols and guest placement decisions. Given this precedent, the rationale behind assigning me this room remained perplexing.
Exhausted from my fourteen-hour transcontinental journey, I consented to their improvised solution of dampening the mechanism with paper—a stopgap measure that provided temporary relief. Nevertheless, this cursory fix merely underscores the necessity for proper mechanical intervention before subsequent guests are subjected to similar circumstances.

So we stayed 4 nights and only got house keeping once! when we first arrived you are given a paper with instructions about the hotel like how to work the hot water and get the house keeping service . In the room there is a button that u press where it’s like requesting house keeping .. long story short I pressed it every day and no one came until I had to complain . The last day I called to complain again because we were all out of towels the guy said it’s upon request which is very strange . I kept calling for towels. the valet is in my opinion expensive especially if you are staying at the hotel it’s the same as street parking .

The hotel is walking distance from the Fremch Quarter with enough distance to not be smack in the hustle and bustle. It's a nice walk to all the historical and tourist stops. The service was good. Generally a good stay and affordable.

NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN
Hotel was average. Hotel was not completely dirty but I have stayed at much cleaner hotels.
My review is considerably low due to the customer service. When I first checked in to the hotel on 28th June the receptionist told me to insert my card ((I thought he wanted to verify my card). The next day I noticed I had a deduction from my card. I visited the front desk and the receptionist explained it is a holding fee and the funds should be placed back into my account in 3 days.
Really annoyed that this was not explained on my arrival.
I only stayed at the Jung hotel for a night so I was expecting to get my deposit back in the beginning of July. It is now 30th July and I only JUST got my deposit back TODAY
Jung hotel has no customer service emails I had to make contact via Instagram and contact the reservation team via email. I have received no response via Instagram and the reservations response was not helpful. They said that the money was deposited in my account which is not true. I got one of my friends from America to call Jung hotel on my behalf and as expected from a team with poor customer service they was very rude and rushed her off the phone. Again they said that the money was deposited in my account which again is not true.
The only reason that I managed to get my money back as I disputed it with my bank.
Only stay at this hotel if you want to be “scammed or been spoken to rudely or if you like staying at hotels that have no customer skills. Other than that there is much better hotels in NOLA

Constantly heard the elevator all night. The bed vibrated like the machine room was under neath it. You can tell that this was the room they sold on discount booking sites because it was in the corner by itself behind the elevators. If you get room 420 you know you got shafted. Slept like crap worst night sleep ever
