Hosts were super kind and accommodating, and the house had so much vintage charm!! Every one of the family members who run the bed and breakfast were so welcoming and I'd say that was the biggest highlight for me. My friends and I stayed in the Mardi Gras suite and theres ample space for 3 people. Never had an issue with noise despite being so clise to busy areas. We were so close to many areas in the French Quarter so it made getting around very easy. Really a delight of a place to stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! Kristi and Joe made my husband and me feel like family from the moment we arrived. We felt so welcomed and at home. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at the R&B Bed & Breakfast from June 22–25, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip to New Orleans. From the moment we arrived, Kristi and Joe made us feel genuinely welcome. They are wonderful hosts—warm, personable, incredibly accommodating, and full of great recommendations. Their hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like friends staying in their home. The bed and breakfast itself was exactly what we were hoping for. It’s charming, impeccably maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt intentional, creating a cozy atmosphere that perfectly fit the spirit of New Orleans. The location couldn’t have been better. Being right on Frenchmen Street meant we were steps away from some of the best live music in the city, while still being just outside the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. It was the perfect balance—close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go, yet peaceful enough to relax when we returned each evening. There are plenty of places to stay in New Orleans, but it’s the people who make a place unforgettable. Kristi and Joe truly set the standard for hospitality, and we can’t thank them enough for making our visit so special. When we return to New Orleans—and we absolutely will—there’s no question where we’ll be staying. Thank you both for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful bed and breakfast place. Super convenient location to Frenchmen St if you love music and walkable to other local food spots as well. Joe is so friendly and helpful during my stay.

The Mardi Gras room was perfect for us! And decorated for my birthday?! Very special. Joe & Kristi were super friendly. The location is great too- easy walk to many restaurants, venues, and unique shops. We will definitely stay here again.

We received a very warm welcome by Joe when we arrived despite being late in the evening due to a delayed flight. The family live on the property and we were made to feel like their house was our house too! We enjoyed our chats with their young daughter at breakfast time. The kitchen area is well stocked with snacks which are available at all times. There was a good selection of continental breakfast items, fresh fruit, muffins/ bagels & coffee/tea. All these items were of great quality! We enjoyed the Greek yoghurts with fresh strawberries & blueberries each morning. We stayed in the Mardi Gras suite for 3 nights. Lovely big room & the comfiest bed ever! There is also a very decadent lounge area that you are able to use for relaxing in, and a beautiful small outdoor space which is great for relaxing with a coffee in the morning. Location is great too & only a short walk to the French Quarter, including the lively Bourbon street. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Our stay was wonderful!! We loved the NOLA themed rooms and private access bathroom in our room. The kitchen was always shocked with fresh fruit and pastries. The hosts were kind and friendly and very accommodating! The house was within walking distance of lots of exciting restaurants and music venues. We received several unique free perks to various places. The outdoor courtyard was peaceful and relaxing. Very affordable!

We were in New Orleans and had the pleasure of staying at the R&B Bed and Breakfast for two nights. What a beautiful and charming B&B with easy access to Bourbon Street and nearby restaurants. When we got there, we were upgraded to a bigger room by Kristi and met Karen who was very outgoing and helpful. The rooms were clean, the ambience was inviting and cozy, and the quiet location was excellent. For dinner, we walked a short 5 minutes to Adolfo's which is an amazing Italian restaurant. I would highly recommend this place when visiting New Orleans. It's an excellent value! Bruce and Kelli

We stayed with Joe and Kristi at the R&B for the Red Dress Run recently. They were super great, the house was beautiful and the location perfect. It was nice not being around all the noise and BS of the Quarter and steps away from live music at places like the Spotted Cat. Definitely recommend and will be back.
