The customer service really needs to improve. The counter is understaffed and they keep making phone calls right in front of you, ignoring people who are checking in. The elevator is a bit shaky and unnerving. The carpet in the room smells a bit unpleasant. The hotel entrance is not bright enough at night and looks scary. I've never encountered a lack of parking. The staff in the game area are very friendly, and the sea view rooms have a great view.

The prices are very reasonable, and while the facilities are a bit old, they're kept very clean. B1 offers billiards, table tennis, a gym, a games room, and a karaoke bar for entertainment. The beach is right across from the hotel, which is fantastic.

The room had a bad smell when I checked in. The room was much smaller than the photo. The equipment was limited to a certain time. The children's playground equipment was closed when I checked out, so I couldn't play. I felt very unhappy.

It is very close to the beach and there are sand digging toys available. The children had a lot of fun playing there. It is quite suitable for parent-child travel.
