Ulasan New California Hotel

The table and cabinet had hair and food crumbs from previous guests, and upon entering, I saw three small flying insects. However, the location is truly excellent, with easy access to food nearby, and the hotel is right next to Bitan, offering beautiful scenery.

The first two days, the hotel's bathroom was very dirty. We stayed at another hotel for the saturday night as the hotel is fully booked. When we came back to stay for the last two days,the hotel room was clean. Anyway,we will come back again as it is very convenient ,walk 2 mins to xindian metro station. The scenery is good and its very near Hei mei walk trail

Overall, it is a good hotel, especially the location of the MRT and the bus terminal to the airport, which is quite convenient. The room is clean, the breakfast is rich, the counter staff is competent, and the price is reasonable. I will come back to stay again.

Convenient location to both the MRT station and a small mall!

The location is very convenient, right next to Xindian MRT station. It's within walking distance to Bitan, which is great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xindian. There are also plenty of places to eat downstairs.

I really love the bright and airy decor! Although it's a bit small for two people, and not every outlet works (only the fourth TV works, and YouTube requires logging in, which is a hassle), there's a great place to put my dolls! The bed is quite comfortable, and the included Chinese breakfast is decent. The double room was 3200 RMB for the third night of the ***** New Year; I wish the price were a little cheaper.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the MRT station. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a lake-view room, which was very quiet and even had a massage chair – a thoughtful touch. The hotel offers breakfast with both Chinese and Western options. The restaurant, located on the 7th floor, offers stunning views of Bitan Lake. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming, making for a wonderful stay.

A very clean hotel; the front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended hotel; the bed was great, and I slept soundly.

The breakfast was fantastic, the environment was superb with a view of Bitan Lake, and the location was convenient with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We often stay here; it's so convenient!

The room was old and dilapidated, the floor was stained, the cleanliness was terrible, the service was poor, the bathroom taps splashed water everywhere, and the hot and cold water was very difficult to adjust! I stayed two nights without proper Wi-Fi, and the TV was broken! How can this hotel be worth such a high price of 3.8?! The only good thing is the location and convenient transportation!
