Awesome! This hotel was perfect! This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The front desk person (Stephanie) was so helpful. I needed to know the best route to the NYC Half start line and Jamie (GM) was able to make sure I knew of street closures and the best way to get there on time. We had a great weekend and great time overall! The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. We had a mini fridge, microwave, couch, table in our room. Will absolutely stay here again! Thanks!

It was pretty easy to book, find, and to get into the hotel. The front desk person has the room keys ready, so we got to the room in a few seconds. It was clean and quite even the room was located next to the elevator. Me and my friends have relaxed time there.

Hotel location is right at the heart of times square! Free internet comes with the room. They give you food and beverage credits that you can use at the 8f restaurant.

I had an 1 night enjoyable stay. The front desk was very pleasant and got us settled in right away. The elevators go directly to your floor which was nice. The room was clean, and nice decor. The room was small , but i didn't mind. The bed was comfortable and plenty of soft pillows. I really liked the shampoo products that were in the shower. The toilet and the shower were seperated by a sliding door that did not go to the ceiling. You can defineltly hear the person in using the toilet. The shower had a tinted glass, but the the body silluette could be seen for sure. I was with my husband , so I didnt mind as much with this privacy issue, butI would have preferred a bathroom with a full door to the ceiling. for added privacy. A girl has to leave her private bathroom matters to her guy's.imagination. All in all is was a nice stay... walking distance to everything. Check out was easy and staff was very nice. would surely stay there agian.

The hotel was definitely a bit dated , but we had a great room , very clean and comfortable and large king bed on the 12th floor. Staff were very friendly ! I was concerned about negative reviews about people getting refunds for cancellations, but took a chance anyway , glad we did . I booked directly with wyndam and the price was reasonable , would definitely stay here again !

West Side YMCA is excellent for what it is! It’s a reasonably priced hostel in an amazing location. Right across the street from the west side of central park and a 5 min walk to the Columbus Circle subway station, which gives you access to various main train lines to the various neighborhoods and boroughs of NYC. You also get access to the pool and gym. My only gripe was with the cleanliness. The beds, sheets, and towels were clean (thank god), but the floor could have used a sweeping and a cleaning. Like I said, great for what it is. I’d definitely stay there again!

Hotel yang sangat baik dan kakitangan yang sopan. Sarapan pagi adalah terhad tetapi ia percuma jadi anda tidak boleh merungut. Sangat baik untuk pelancong keluarga dan perniagaan!

Saya tidak menjangkakan untuk menginap di hotel yang bagus pada harga yang murah. Ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya. Friday June 28, 2024 Check-in was suppose to be at 4 pm. I tried to check in at 3pm but was told room was not ready. Totally understand that. I went to TED’s bar and restaurant (in lobby) to wait it out. I got into line about 4:15pm and I saw that they were turning ppl away who were trying to checkin. When I got to the counter, they too told me my room was not ready. I said that I had to get to an event within the 1.25 min and the associate confidently said that I would be able to checkin well advance within that time. In the meantime, I went to the lobby bathroom to change to get ready for an event. By the time I came out of the bathroom 4:55, my husband had checked us in (with pushback because he wasn’t the one who had not made the original reservation). In our bathroom floor, several strands of hair noted, some wall stains (wipeable) under the hand soap and lotion dispenser, and shower did t look like it was wipe down well. Bed linens were clean, comfy. Desk area clean. Busy hotel. Ted’s hotel-slow service with a 1-2 attendants.
