Hotel berhampiran Ground Zero Museum Workshop, New York

This hotel was in a great location for things like exploring the Chelsea neighbourhood and visiting the Moma art gallery! I really liked the vibe as there was a terrace outside that always had people sitting chatting, dining and having a low key good time. There were also lots of nice restaurants in the area! The room was lovely too!

The hotel did not provide hot and cold water. You need to have amazon account to watch TV program which we don't. They should have set up the system so that visitor can just switch ON the TV and watch. There is no toilet at the recieption. Just in case you check out early, and good to have when you back to pick up your luggage.

Decent hotel and compact rooms. No kettle to boil some hot water for tea. Hotel staff asked us to use the coffee machine to boil water instead but it is no good as the water carries the coffee smell. Lobby not big and packed with stored luggages. Very central location & close to Times Square. Got lots of restaurants nearby.

The reception staff is very cooperative and available 24/7. The local NY tour guideline desk person is very good as he guides us perfectly and shows us the best approach for reaching the destination. The cleaning staff is also good and keeps our room clean and hygienic.

Limited seating in Lobby, there are long lines to check in at no space available for families. Fee being charged to hold bags after checkout...no consideration for guests who have late flights, this should be a free service.

The location is super best! Walking distance to everything from, SUBWAY STATION, to Theaters and to all Must See spots in New York! One thing though that is lacking, no complimentary drinking water available every day but somehow, the Starbucks Coffee available for free at the lobby saves it all! Had a truly wonderful stay!

Awesome services from the reception team, especially the managers David and James, will stay again; location is good, breakfast decent, room good size and nice view s.

Rooms were exceptionally tiny, even by New York standards. Very friendly staff

Все прошло отлично Бронирование было через Букинг с полной предоплатой По заселении взяли депозит - вернули его через 10 минут после чек аута Номер отеля огромный, что очень удобно, если вы приезжаете на пару недель и иногда хотите хорошо провести время в номере , отдохнув от городской суеты. Большой телевизор, может и старенький, но качество картинки хорошее — мы смотрели кино через hdmi провод с ноутбука (провод всегда возим с собой) Оставить чемодан без заселения стоит 10$ в сутки, мы оставляли за 2 дня до заселения, что оказалось дешевле чем сервисы хранения, поскольку к нас было вечернее заселения и сервисы бы посчитали трое суток. В номерах все супер - помимо большого пространства самого номера, отмечу еще просторную душевую кабину с лейкой для душа (что важно туристам из Европы и СНГ), наличие гардеробной комнаты и сейфа. В номерах не хватило стаканов, но мы попросили на ресепшн и нам выдали одноразовую посуду - стаканчики и ложки. Вайфай работает отлично! Персонал был мил и отзывчив В номере было прохладно- кондиционер не давал тепло, а наоборот от него шел холодный воздух (хотя он был выключен), но мы это пофиксили тем, что поставили обогреватель прямо у него и он нагревал воздух, делаю температуру в комнате комфортной! Обогреватель уже был в номере. Расположение отеля - тоже отличное, это тихий район, при этом в нескольких минут Гранд Терминал, а в шаговой доступности все ключевые достопримечательности Мидтауна. Из отеля удобно добираться до всех мест, недалеко также остановка Ferry, откуда можно доплыть и до районов Бруклина и до Wall Street Определенно вернемся сюда еще, особенно если не будет повышения цен

Right in the heart of Time Square and a short walk to the subway to go anywhere. The outside noise while able to be heard really didn’t bother us. Would definitely consider staying here again.
