Excellent hotel and location . It’s a must in New York

Located in Midtown Manhattan, where every inch of land is valuable. The view is great. The decoration style is modern and simple. The red decoration highlights the unique flavor of New York. However, the hotel has few breakfast varieties and few seats. Sometimes you need to queue up.

I made the reservation just one minute beforehand, only to find out there was a time difference and booked the wrong time. I was going to change it to check in a day earlier, but the hotel said nothing was possible. It's outrageous. I will never book a hotel like this again!

It's just an ordinary hotel, but the location is good! Very close to the Empire State Building, you can see it directly from the window! It’s actually quite convenient to go to the classic attractions in New York.

The front desk made random deductions and was very cold. When we checked out, the front desk said we had consumed snacks from the mini bar, which cost $27.20. In fact, we didn't touch those things at all. I asked the front desk to go to the room with me to confirm, and he said that if we didn't touch them, I would cancel it for you and refund you the original amount two days later (we paid directly by credit card at the front desk). Today is two days, and there is still no movement. It's really too casual! I usually don't look at the details when I check out, but I just happened to look at it carefully that day and found it. Otherwise, I can't explain it clearly after leaving the hotel. There is also a deposit of two hundred dollars. I don't know when it can be refunded? I hope you can track it.
