Brand new hotel, really well maintained. Staff is polite. Location is also really close to the subway.

Hotel is new so facilities were good and new. Location is top notch with food and transport nearby. However, in-room amenities can be improved eg cups, fridge and cutlery to be provided

Very small room with insufficient lighting.i felt like I was living in darkness for 4 nights. No amenities provided. No kettle or fridge in room. The ceiling is not painted. There is insufficient space to hang clothes

The hotel is very nice. Facilities: fully equipped, with separate toilet and gym Hygiene: Good hygiene conditions and clean rooms Environment: The view is great, the scenery is very good Service: The service of the front desk lady is in place. If you have any questions, you can ask the front desk to solve them.

The cleanliness was a 10/10 without a doubt!! The room was spotless and like brand new. The only down side I would say is that the bathroom is quite small (you can’t get into the shower unless you close the bathroom door) and the walls are very thin (you can hear your neighbours doing the smallest things such as, opening their door and winding up their curtain). The hotel had standard amenities like a hair dryer, personal care items and toiletry. However, there was no mini fridge or microwave which made it hard for us to keep our drinks cool. Location and service was also amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel was also very excellent! It was just a 9 minutes walk from time square and a 2 minute walk from 7/11 which was very convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station and Times Square. Although it’s in the business district, it’s on a side street, making it surprisingly quiet. The only downside is that the room is quite small (adequate for one person and for a short stay).

The staff was welcoming especially the ones assigned in the front desk! Great location as well and the area is well-maintained! Also, the cafe in the lobby was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel! 👏👏👏
