The hotel's location is right below Times Square, with many Chinese restaurants within walking distance. The room hygiene is also very good. For such a prime location, the room size is decent. Since the hotel charges a mandatory $40 daily fee, it can be used to offset breakfast at the 8th-floor restaurant, and for around an additional $20, two people can get breakfast covered.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of Times Square. You can see how lively Times Square is at night, gradually quieting down around 2 AM and remaining relatively peaceful until 6 or 7 AM. The facilities inside are a bit basic, but perhaps that's the New York standard.

The breakfast wasn't to my liking, and the room was a bit cold. However, the location is unbeatable and the service was excellent.

The room facilities are complete but a bit old, though perfectly adequate. The location is absolutely fantastic; you step right out into Times Square, making sightseeing, dining, and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel thoughtfully offers a daily $40 credit that can be used at their restaurant and bar. I highly recommend the cheesecake – it's super delicious – and the avocado salad. All in all, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in New York.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on Times Square. The room facilities are also very complete, and the staff are super nice! It's easy to catch a taxi nearby, and the subway station is about a 5-minute walk. The overall location is simply unbeatable. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

The room size is a real advantage for this area; two large beds, three people, and three suitcases fit perfectly without feeling cramped. The sofa is comfortable, and the desk is good for working, making the room a pleasant place to relax. There are several restaurants to choose from, and the breakfast menu is extensive and delicious. The 'Stranger Things' theater is right downstairs, which is convenient, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose this place again next time. My only minor issue is the daily $45 destination fee, which was charged even when I spent more at the hotel restaurants. I plan to write to them to inquire about it. Otherwise, no complaints.

The room didn't come with slippers, a toothbrush, or bottled water. The showerhead looked like it was from their own company's old stock, haha. Our window faced the Times Square big screen, and even on the 36th floor, you could still hear the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The cleanliness was good, and the atrium had a fantastic design!

The environment is great, and the service is good. The security is also pretty good. It's right by Times Square, which is super convenient, and it's not noisy at night. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and getting around from here was very easy.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and the only one I've given a bad review to. Avoid it at all costs. 1. On the first night, due to a flight delay, we arrived at 1:30 AM. After checking in, we found the sofa bed wasn't made. We called housekeeping and waited for almost half an hour (after calling again to follow up) before a slow-moving, sleepy older woman finally arrived. The bed was made very shoddily. It's unbelievable, especially since we had already informed the hotel in advance via a message that our flight would arrive late, likely between 1-2 AM, and yet the sofa bed still needed to be made after we checked in. What's the point of their message system if they don't prepare? 2. The hygiene was a complete disaster. The fixtures, towels, and sheets were all unclean, and we even found live cockroaches in the room. 3. The mini-bar's tea bags, cups, and bottled water were never restocked. I finally reached my breaking point and reported these issues to Trip.com. The hotel's response was to tell us to speak to the hotel manager. So, we went downstairs to the front desk where we had checked in and spoke to a lady, explaining the cockroach situation. Her reply was that she couldn't tell us where the cockroaches came from! This kind of buck-passing response in a foreign country was a first for me! As for the other issues, we were told to wait in our room for the housekeeping manager. However, all we got was a phone call from the manager, offering some verbal apologies and saying she would make a note of it. Yet, for the next three days, the supplies were still not restocked, and the towels remained grayish and stained. Photos five and six show the housekeeping cart, clearly stocked with tea bags, bottled water, and cups... so why weren't they provided to us? We tipped every day for eight days, and even complaining didn't help. Is it a problem with the staff's attitude or just chaotic management?

Room is very spacious and location is fantastic. Will definitely recommend others to this hotel.

I was upgraded to a Times Square view room at check-in! As expected, it's the city that never sleeps. It was bright all night long.

This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They never cleaned our room, despite us requesting it every afternoon. And when they did 'clean', all they did was empty the trash – they didn't even make the bed! They never answered the phone, and we couldn't get anything we asked for. We requested four bottles of water and only got two. They acted completely oblivious, and wouldn't even accept food deliveries for us. Enough! Seriously, they never answer the phone! On top of that, they forced three sick women to switch rooms. It was a complete breakdown.
