Pretty good place if you want something close to the Times Square

The hotel location and room decorated very good and also can parking for a while downstair Have a staff help to take luggages on ground floor to front desk 11F. He is very nice and helpful But when arrived 11F, the front desk staff not enough helpful and they have no service to delivery luggages to room and even have few staff stand nearby elevator. They never help to to press button No toothbrush and slipper and no umbrella to borrow even heavy raining outside. I don’t know how to go out until rain getting smaller

The only down side of the stay is the people who clean the rooms are not efficient enough. Whenever I leave my room for cleaning, the only thing they do they tide up the bed without changing the sheets (I know because the sheet with some chocolate smudge on it was the same after cleaning) and the bathroom they only take the trash. I expected more from cleaning in such hotel. Another thing, my room was next an exit, the door kept opened and closed continually none stop during very early morning and that was so noisy. Couldn’t find comfort.

this hotel is in a great location, but the service is so so. Also the room is very small not as the picture describe. it's only good for business trip.

Fabulous location, Clean Soundproofing was awesome so I couldn’t hear the sound from Time Square

For the price, you can’t find a better or better located hotel in New York City. Easy walk to many great places in New York: Central Park, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, etc. I also enjoyed the bar and food in the hotel. Obviously the rooms are not spacious but are big enough and are very well appointed. The desk staff are efficient, kind and helpful. The only negative I have is the toilet. The design is such that it is impossible to keep clean just with normal use. Enough said. Everything else outweighs this negative.

Great location. It’s at Time Square. We were on a high floor. It wasn’t noisy and very convenient. Just 2-3 mins walk to Subway station. Walkable distance to Rockefeller and Ichiran Ramen place. Joe’s Pizza is about 5 mins walk. Near all the board way theatres. Comfortable stay and clean toliet with large shower area.

Great location and great view from the room! Walk to most of the Boardway shows within 10 minutes. And the room is bigger than I thought.

The furnishing and location is excellent, but service wise only the check-in day afternoon met a excellent front desk guy; the front desk manager is not friendly.

Great location - easy access to all types of transport and cloes to most of the attractions and restaurants. Very clean rooms. Water is provided via hydration stations on some levels.

Excellent hotel next overlooking Times Square. Reception on 11th floor. Newely refurbished hotel, so all looked new and fresh. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Room good size with lovely walk-in shower in separate bathroom. Nespresso machine in room, also fridge and large TV. Ample USB-A sockets as well as a wireless charging pad in the room, which was great. Large picture window overlooking Times Square (we were on 29th floor). Didn't eat in hotel as loads of options nearby, but reasonable menus and dining area with bar.
