Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn New York/Staten Island

The hotel and location was better than I thought. I had read the reviews prior to booking and saw mixed reactions, however, my experience and expectations were met and somewhat exceeded. Thank you, will stay here again.

Rooms are spacious, parking is free. 30 mins drive to NY city centre which is very convenient

Really bad services. Slow response with booking. Avoid cancellation request and stole guests money we will never come back

Ny, Ny… I know for a FACT I was charged a different rate for a room deposit because I was a single black mother! New York almost EVERY portion I’ve been too and I’ve been ALL over has been EXHAUSTEDLY and passively DISCRIMINATORY! I listened patiently as the manager returned deposits for several room types the same as mine for less than I was charged. When asked he said he reserved the right to charge as needed but that that was not the case. I spoke to the group of guests and asked when, where, how we all booked and we came to the conclusion that that was the case. Either way I politely left with my daughter. We’re used to it by now… still love Trip.com though!

這個酒店大家注意避雷。酒店地處偏遠，沒有租車的話不能住。感覺是希爾頓的加盟酒店，服務可以説沒什麼了，但坑錢有一手。小朋友看了個動畫片，收20幾刀，誘導小朋友誤點很多次，最後退房的時候還不告知，偷偷的扣了我208刀，還不告知看了什麼影片。打電話到酒店詢問，酒店不正面回答，讓我們一直拿着電話等。希望不要再欺詐我們中國人了。

今次旅遊想見識吓美國嘅地方，基本上都是自由神像，時代廣場，華爾街。但呢間酒店地方都比較偏僻，如果沒有車輛代部都會有點困難。

從紐約機場轉國內，挺方便。酒店房間很寬敞，床也大，交通便捷，只是周邊生活配套較遠，開車方便些
