Ulasan Hotel Indigo Lower East Side New York

Location is very central, staff nice enough and with service charge of $36 you can have a free breakfast ans a drink a day…but not if u are vegan!! To be fair for the price range I was expecting something a bit more up class .

Great little stay here, clean room and nice pool. Friendly staff and great location, would recommend 👍

Was definitely expecting more from this IHG hotel. Got a room upgrade and even then the room was very beat and worn down. Service staff were nice, does have a very popular night club / bar which is nice or bad depending on your plans.

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Hello The Hotel is really Bad. I was charged Double for the stay and they have been charging me daily on my account without my permission. Even after speaking to there management i am not getting any solutions. Thy do not understand hospitality and they do not communicate. I am going to write to consumer court in USA for the issues that they have created

Great location and spacious rooms!

I was very excited for my stay at the Indigo hotel after hearing only good things. Unfortunately it was quite the opposite. It all started when we first checked in and the reception lady was extremely rude to us and quite insulting with the way she answered our questions. The same day we had to call downstairs from our room as our Air-conditioning was not working. The security at the building tried to convince me I was not a guest at the hotel as my room key was not correct - again this was provided to us from the reception. To end our stay i had been double charged on my credit card. I tried speaking to the manager who was not helpful at all. I am not impressed and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
