Great location to visit my son in Brooklyn. Nice rooms and good breakfast. Staff could have been a little friendlier.

I requested a room on a higher floor, but was charged a huge extra fee, so I declined. The room was in the basement, which was terrible. The female front desk staff had a rude attitude. The bedsheets were dirty.

The room is small, the breakfast is a little better than some, a little noisy, the rating is average, it's close to the subway R line. It's about seven or eight stops to downtown Manhattan, and you can consider taking a taxi to see the Brooklyn Bridge at night. No cash deposit, you have to swipe your card, and you have to wait a few days for the refund, which is not as good as when I stayed at the airport and could use cash.

The hotel is 20 kilometers away from JFK Airport, which is a bit far. If you arrive in the early morning, it will take several hours to take the subway from JFK Airport to the hotel. The half-day subway line is much faster. It is recommended to take a taxi or airport transfer service. There is nothing to visit near the hotel, but it is very close to the subway station. There are two subway stations near the hotel. The nearest subway station is Prospect St Station. It only takes 20 minutes to take the subway to Manhattan, which is very convenient. The facilities in the hotel are very new, the elevator is large and fast, and there is also a small restaurant in the hotel that provides breakfast. The breakfast is very good 😊. The front desk staff are very friendly. The hotel door is locked at night and you need to swipe the room door card to enter the hotel. It is very safe 👍This hotel is very warm in winter. The entire public area and room of the hotel are very warm, and the heating effect is super good. This hotel is my first choice when I go to New York again.

The subway usually only stops at the local R train, but with a quick transfer, you can easily catch express trains to Manhattan. The windows are locked, likely due to the nearby freeway, but outside noise is still quite noticeable (though it's fine once you get used to it). The rooms are small but comfortable, and the breakfast menu, served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, changes slightly daily. The staff is friendly.

The sanitation and environment are good. There is no free parking, and the charge is 38 US dollars per night.
